I recently tried to return an unused product, but the experience was a nightmare simply because I paid with PayPal. Despite the item being in perfect condition, I was told they couldn’t process my return and was directed to the specific store where I originally bought it. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially when all I needed was a straightforward refund. After the hurricane, I no longer have any use for the product, but instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult.
If they can’t handle PayPal returns properly, I won’t be shopping here again. I expected better service, and I hope they fix this issue for future customers!

I ve been here before. I bought 200.00 worth of merchandise. I bought it last monday before the storm . 60.00 of it was,a flashlite and batteries. They refused to take it back. Home Depot or Lowes would not do that. Bad customer service. We were made frightened of the storm. I bought what I thought i needed never opened it. They refuse to return it. Ill never shop there again Buyers beware!!

Eli is the very best…. My anxiety level is at a 6 because of the storm and he is calm, cool and collected. I went to Ace two previous times with an electrical cord concern and he’s the only one that solved my problem. He took the time to listen to my concern and found a solution!! Thank you ?

I like supporting ACE in general but this specific one is grossly understaffed and when you do find someone they aren't very knowledgeable. Disappointing. This was after several visits. I will try them again in a few months and will update if it improves
