This has got to be the worst bank branch I've ever dealt with. Everyone there makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them as soon as you walk through the doors. They always have attitudes and unwilling to be helpful. I drive an extra 10 miles to a different branch just to avoid these people.

This branch is the worst. They have such terrible customer service. Every time I go, I get some rude employee. I’m not sure why everyone there is miserable, but don’t take it out on your customers.

This specific location is a joke. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service. GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH… unless you enjoy the awful customer service!!

Bad company policies. I have had a car loan for the past year with Achieva. With auto-pay, I never miss a payment and never late. My insurance increased this year so I shopped around and switched to a different carrier. I made an error in the new policy start date by one day. Achieva, along with their insurance partner, two months after the missed day of coverage, bought me an insurance policy for the day I missed two months ago. The charged me for 30 days of the policy even though it was in effect for one day. The answer I got from Achieva customer service was - that's their policy. The value of the assessed charge is equal to one month of interest they get from me for my loan. With 3 years left on the loan, they will lose a whole lot more from the lost interest than the fee they assessed as I am moving the balance of my loan to another financing company.

I have been with Achieva for 11 years and they have gotten progressively worse over the years. When I first created an account with Achieva they were pretty great and kept their customer's best interests in mind. Fast forward 11 years later and they are the worst bank/credit union I've ever done business with. After new ownership, it's clear as day they now only care about money and will close your account if you do not agree to pay $7 for the checking plus. They have denied loans when my credit is well over 700, they stole $60 a year ago that they have yet to pay back, and they were still collecting debt AFTER a bankruptcy was filed. You're better off using Chase.

I call the local office when I need to speak with someone. Each and every person I’ve spoken with was exceptionally courteous. I cannot wait for the new branch in Spring Hill to open!!! I have a loan with them and will move all my business as soon as it opens!

Member since 2020, 800+ Credit Score, auto loan paid off, boat loan approved and I am still waiting for the loan processor to follow up on closing boat loan.

Thank you to the employee who looked up the information I needed for my taxes and called me at home to tell me she had the info. No check image as the govt. does not return checks. Thanks for the extra work, it was a big help. This was at the branch on Achieva Way. I am considering consolidating by account and only using Achieva.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to speak up over this issue. My credit card had expired in October, I never received a replacement card in the mail. I contacted Achieva in November to see when I would be receiving a card in the mail, they said they would have a replacement card to me within 11 business days. I waited 14 days and called them back, they then told me there was a delay by the manufacturer, and I would have to wait for them to ship it.I called back December 27, the customer service rep told me the Card had not shipped, and she would be able close that card, and have a new made locally. That card would get to me in 5 days or so ( an option that was not offered to me on the previous two inquiries). My family had planned on a holiday vacation, which we could no longer go on. The customer service rep did offer me her apologies as a consolation, for not being able to spend time with are loved ones over the holiday.I’ve been a member since 2001

Maria in customer service is the worst person Ive ever spoken to on a phone in my life. I am 43 years old and never have I had such a terrible person speak to me the way she did over the worlds smallest issue.

This should be Negative one star! D*** Bank Cashed a Check and took the Money Out of OUR Suncoast Credit Union bank account, for someone else's Bill!!!Now I have to sit in My Bank for an hour and wait for this Mess to be cleared up!

I don’t usually post reviews but I’ve been paying our car loan here and every time we go to drive thru to pay, we are always waiting for so long, even if I’m like the only one in the line. I waited no later than 10 mins. That’s my minimum.
