Went in today because my new card never arrived and Kimberly was able to walk me through how to request a new one through the app and took some time to show me some new app features as well. She was very personable and made my experience quick and easy- and I walked away a better app user. Thanks!

Carolyn has awful customer service as a teller. Rude and inconsiderate. Apparently it's her way or she will tell you all that is available is the atm. needs to just retire at this point poor laday.

Double booked appointment time and rep arrived 15 minutes late from lunch. No apology like he was doing me a favor by showing up. Appointment request was for medallion stamp and notary. Attempted to upsell brokerage services (can't blame him there) but then demanded to see my investment portfolio before providing service. Finally informed me he wasn't a notary. Rude and incompetent. Got out of there immediately without needed service.Finally the proverbial straw... I'm changing banks.

Terrible service. long wait time. local bank closed. tried to set up appt to get into my safety deposit box. had to book online and wait 2 wks to get appt. tried to call. held on phone for over two hrs. hung up waiting for auto call return. i am done- will move my assets elsewhere

This place is a pathetic joke for a bank. The tellers are slow and they only have one MAYBE 2 if you are working. This place needs a serious revamp in management. The whole teams needs to be fired and re constructed to be more the the Wells Fargo Across the street. They would get ten stars compared to bank of Americas half a star Screw Bank of America!

The lines are always absurd here. How much would it cost to hire an extra teller? There is only one drive through line open. Consider a local bank or credit union if you service.

As the ability to bank online and at the ATM has gained ease over the years, I find that I infrequently have a need to visit a local bank branch. However, recently (twice, in fact) I found myself inside at the Bank of America on the corner of Main Street and Keene Road while visiting family... And I was delighted with the wonderful customer service I received on both occasions - enough so to feel compelled to write a review online for a bank branch of all things. In a world where it seems every bank is now driven by efficiency and upselling vs. the desire to embrace a warm and kind client experience, this bank stands out. Hats off to the tellers and their managers here in good 'ol Dunedin for being so friendly for an out-of-towner needing to make a dreaded bank transaction in-person... twice. I walked in with a frown and out with a smile!
