Unfortunately, I tried to call 6 times yesterday and I could not get a live person on the phone, it kept going to a recording, I just needed to ask some questions on my account. And due to the fact that I work the same hours as them, I can not get in to the branch and they are not open on Saturdays, which is very inconvenient.

Aside from the fact that this place does not answer their telephone., They have minimal staff for customer service and I waited 17 minutes and got no service and ended up having to leave because the gentleman was on the phone for so long helping whoever he was helping on the phone. This bank is so unprofessional and lack of quality in staff and service

Very slow teller window. On a Friday they only had one teller and after waiting in line for 10 minutes I left.

B weary of doing business with this branch. I've never heard of a bank refusing a withdrawal request for money that is in your account. but that's what they did to me stating that a check that I had deposited although it had cleared had not been collected and maybe sent back. ? However, they had the check for over a week after I deposited it before I attempted to draw on it.

I was at the door at 9:05 was locked and the workers were bantering in the back, looked at me and continued their morning. I got let in by 9:10 door was unlocked. Was told, "a lot of fraud happens here". And decided I wouldn't want to be a customer here anyways.

They are very friendly but the issue is that they are short staffed n my opinion. The wait times are very long because there are only 3 women. The service would b better if they had more staff. And today there was only 1 because the others were out. I'm done with this branch. But the people are good ?

I had an issue with my HSA account that required immediate attention. I was assisted by "Sharon" who was extremely nice and customer focused. Rather than make me wait, she got my cell and then later gave me a call with the issue fully resolved. She could have easily "dished me off" to the customer service line but, instead, she took great care if me. She knows how to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty!
