Great location within walking distance of old Dunedin. Property is old and unfortunately started to smell its age our last night. Had to open the bathroom window and keep the door shut to reduce the sewer odor. Room could have been cleaner, particularly the floor.

Great value and dog-friendly - very important in "Dogedin!" ? Our room had a front view of the ocean and porch view of the marina. Breakfast is included - tea, coffee, juice, fresh fruit. Free WiFi. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Toiletries are higher quality. Spacious bathroom with a heat lamp. A bit pricey during high season, but worth it! Easy walk to many downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants. Business center also available.

I stayed for 2 nights in a 2nd floor room with balcony. The woman helping me at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The place is clearly well taken care of. I will absolutely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Also they are pet friendly and that was great.Rooms: Clean, well maintained and comfortable. The walls are a little thin though so hopefully you don’t have loud neighbors.Walkability: Just a block from a lot of small shops and restaurants in Duedin.

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Spectacular location. Only negative: bathroom was uncomfortably small, and toilet had very low seat height.

Best location, amazing view, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, beyond friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was the absolute best I've received at a hotel by far. Everything was perfect, this place was great.

Big nice room with big balcony, suite like amenities including wet bar area with frig and microwave. The bed and pillows were awful. The toilet was so short in small area of walls. This is the kind of toilet you can barely get up from except for a bar handle to pull yourself up. The B W is in a great location for all the fun of downtown Dunedin.

We landed a very spacious room with a hot tub, which is amazing, though we're told there aren't many other rooms like it. A few maintenance issues, but otherwise a great room. Wish they designed the place so the room windows and balconies face the water instead of the parking lot. Seems like a missed opportunity. Great, friendly service, and a good location.

This is a hidden GEM! I love taking my dog to Dunedin and ending the walk here to have a snack and wine. Its a great place that does not get overcrowded and is on the water. Food great, staff amazing!

We took a room on our wedding day at Bon Appetit. It was very convenient for us to get dressed there before the wedding. We made our reservations months in advance. However, the woman at the desk who took our reservation was extremely nasty! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was wonderful that the Gulf of Mexico was just outside the back door. We took some very nice pictures there. We very quickly learned to stay far from the railing because it was so weak that if you got too close there was the chance of it breaking loose and causing someone to fall into the sea below. Our room served it's purpose but it's not a place I'd book for a vacation because it was very expensive for just the night and that was with our senior discount!$265 a night and having to deal with a nasty desk clerk!

The hotel is fantastic, we stayed there for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. The view from the hallway to get to the rooms is unbelievable. Service is great, the housekeepers are sweet and the rooms are spotless. The people at front desk are super helpful. Michelle checked us in, she was welcoming and gave us tips for what to do in the city. The only room for improvement from this hotel would be the pool, the boarders of the pool are made with an odd material that left us all itchy afterwards, I don’t recommend leaning on it. The breakfast is good, nothing too special but it did the job well.Walkability: great location, distance is walkable to great restaurant options

I will always love this hotel! It’s where my family and I, including my grandparents, and now my son, have gone for vacation for decades! We are always returning members from back when it had a different ownership and name! The location is perfect. No lack of water or marina views. The cleanliness is superb. Decorations are nice. The pool is wonderful. Customer service is great. The included breakfast is great as well. Dunedin is such a cute, quaint town! We also used to enjoy trying to catch the little lizards that run around down by the patios and the pool, and now my son enjoys that as well! The pier is beautiful and SO nice at night time!Rooms: The rooms have always appeared classy to me and have always been kept pristine.Nearby activities: Close to Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs.Safety: I honestly always feel safe here…Walkability: Near all of the little shops and cute downtown Dunedin.Food & drinks: The included breakfast is wonderful. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as an outdoor bar that I did not check out, but looked amazing. However, I do remember eating at the restaurant in years past, and it was always good!

Quaint hotel. Convenient to downtown Dunedin. We've stayed here twice and the staff is very friendly! Rooms are good. Great views of the Marina, and walk out ypur back door to see views of the bay and Dunedin causeway! We get a Hawaiian beachy retro vibe!Nearby activities: Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a park in downtown Dunedin
