Denise Dorris in the Dunedin has been our real-estate agent for our last three homes. She is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Her integrity, communication skills, knowledge of the process, attention to detail are just a few of the qualities that set her well above her peers. She is far more than a real-estate agent. She becomes your best friend through the entire process. She has a network of resources who can help you pack, move, repair anything etc......She is always available 24/7 and until you let her be your agent once you wont understand how average other agents are. We would like to highly recommend Margot Toomey and Mark Leongomez with Coastal Properties. Their work ethic, honesty, and commitment far exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. We have dealt with other realtors over the years, and have encountered both good and bad- however, Margot has totally set the bar at the highest for us during the recent listing and sale of our Clearwater home. Our experience with Margot Toomey and her agency was nothing but impressive from our first meeting. Margot is professional and knowledgeable, and her calming “can do” attitude is such a blessing during the stress of selling a home. As we prepared the house to list, she was meticulous, honest and helpful, closely working with us to offer suggestions about staging and other key aspects of making the house “show ready” that we did not realize- but yet keeping her directions realistic for a busy working family. She kept in constant communication with us about all showings, and quickly pursued feedback from agents immediately after showing. We were further amazed to find that she would be present for every showing! We felt like she valued our home as if it were her own, and that she was as committed to getting is sold as we were. Thankfully, we were able to have two full price offers within 48 hours of listing. After the contract her involvement continued, from immediately helping us to find a rental to move into, to frequent updates about the process. Even as we moved out, she would be at the house helping us by cleaning or taking Scuffs off a wall with a Magic Eraser! Her team mate and brother was just as helpful as we moved out and prepared to leave the property in good shape for the new owners. To say Margot went above and beyond with the sale of our home is an understatement- she was absolutely incredible, professional, and caring- a truly exceptional Realtor that really does put the needs of her clients first!
