The pharmacy has implemented a voicemail system so that they do not answer phones anymore. You cannot get a hold of a person directly. At all. Period. You have to leave a voicemail and they could call back in an hour or a day but if you miss their call then you have to call back and leave another voicemail and play the same game over and over. They try to direct to the app but you can’t do things like set up a new patient on the app. This is wildly frustrating.

so we are out of state and delay getting home si short three days of meds. We have used CVS for years as we have to with our insurance. Went to CVS on Main St in Dunedin and they would only do 90 day reills on 3 of my husbands meds. Wouldn't help get glimeperide, Lisinopril, metoprolol or hctz. Why have a stinking pharmacy if they can't help and let someone go without important medications. Rude and snotty besides. Awful place to be forced to deal with. Probably their only customers are the ones forced to use them by insurance. Avoid them if you can. Their reviews are always poor.

The CVS on Main street is sloppy and all of the pharmacy workers and the male pharmacist are so rude and take forever to fill the prescriptions and serve you at the drive through window! Would never recommend them! So many other pharmacies closeby that are a billion times better!

The ABSOLUTE WORST store and Pharmacy! The MOST incompetent, obnoxious workers...from the pharmacist and ALL of the pharmacy workers....Annette, the managers Kira and David are so immature and unhelpful!! Go to Walgreens right down the street in Dunedin for your prescription and drugstore needs...you will be in much better hands!!

I have just moved here and came in this store for the 1st time.As walking in I was greeted by a worker doing an order. Before I could ask she new I needed help, I laughed that it was obvious. She actually walked me to the item and explained how much I would save by buying CVS brand and gave me directions on how to drive back to our new home.I can honestly say I never had such great service in Corporate chains. My family will make this our go to store because of her

Pharmacy is absolutely useless, prescription medication was called in by a Physician after hours. The next day I physically went to the store and was told no prescription was called in. Check twice after. NO PERSRIPTION. called Dr. Back and was assured it was called in. The Dr then called local Walgreens, I was notified by text prescription was ready ten minutes later.Never again....waste of time....

They said will call you once the prescription is ready but they never did. Called but there is no option to speak with any pharmacy rep. Left VM but they never returned the call. Useless pharmacy.

I will definitely get out of this cvs pharmacy. I don't know if it was because I am Hispanic, but I went there today to pick up a prescription, and I felt descriminated. They won't pay attention to me, they won't help. They were talking themselves about my prescription, and I heard comments like. Noo that's not ready. I was waiting one hour and a half, and a lady in the line helped me because they won't. They just left me almost crying and skipped me to the other person ? I won't recommend anybody to go here. Especially if you are Hispanic

Trying to get your medication here is a nightmare. Staff doesn't know how to run prescriptions through, but will send you notices that they're ready for pickup. We've had enough trouble that we call ahead of time, but even then, their staff will lie to you about when the script will be filled.Today, we called in to make sure one of the scripts was actually filled (it wasn't), my mother had to walk the technician through doing their job to get a partial fill because they didn't have it in stock. They said it would be ready in an hour. I drove up an hour later, and the tech Brittany said it was still not ready, but she can fill it in another 10-15 or I can come back later. I told her it was fine and I'd come back, went to run other errands, came back... and they were closed for break 1:30-2:00. No worries, I finish my other errands, wait to come back until after the break, ask for my medications... and they tell me it's still not filled, but it'll be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked point blank why a medication they said would be ready after one hour still is not ready after three. The tech who was speaking with me didn't have an answer, but Brittany was standing next to her and she had a little grin on her face as I complained. I guess she thinks it's funny to lie to people and waste their time.Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, with the worst, most dishonest staff I've ever dealt with. We never had these problems with the CVS off of Sunset Point before they closed it.

I've been coming here for over a year to be prescribed and fill my antidepressant prescription. 5 days ago, I was running low, so I used the app to request a refill. 3 days later, I hadn't heard back, so I requested a refill again. Last night I took my last dose, so I called them today to ask what was going on, and they told me they had no prescriptions waiting and I had to see the nurse at the health hub. I made an appointment and went there, as I have done for over a year. When I got there, a nurse I didn't recognize was there named Dahryl (sp?) and told me she was unable to refill my prescription as they were only able to refill twice per year. If this is the case, why was that not made clear in the OVER A YEAR that they have been consistently filling my prescription? And why did they have me get blood work done for them, and told me they would take care of it? Extremely unhappy, will never use pharmacy (problems every time I pick up my meds) OR health hub again.

Told me yesterday they had Sutab and it will be available today at 11. I get there after and they said 10 more minutes. I come back and they said they do not have it and it will be ready again 5pm. Terrible customer service and the pharmacist does not care.

First timer at this CVS location. I had a sore throat and related symptoms and I wanted to receive a rapid strep test the day of. I received exceptional service from the ladies at the Minute Clinic. The RN and NP were very experienced, intelligent and personable. They were attentive and super accommodating from the second they saw me waiting in the waiting room. Despite testing negative, they took their time listening to my symptoms and I was still treated and received a prescription to help with the discomfort in my throat. Excellent care from all ends, and easy booking/ check-in process. I would highly recommend this location's Minute Clinic.

Worst experience at a pharmacy EVER! I believe that pharmacies have a responsibility to ensure I can trust them. I put my life into their hands. This pharmacy lied all day to me telling me my prescriptions would b ready for pickup in an Horus. This started at 10:30 a.m. and went on all through the day. I won’t step into another cvs as long as I live.
