They've got a new phone AI which doesn't know what the last cut off time to drop off an overnight delivery is. But it also will not, under any circumstances, let you talk to a human. Instead, it kept sending me in loops for five minutes and then told me to call back later. Then it hung up on me.

The guy who helped me - a gent in his 50s or 60s - was an absolute gem in this world of mediocre service. He was upbeat, smiling, gladly taped up my package and knew exactly how to get it where it needed to go.

Reported this store to corporate. They are open til "7:30", but if you come in 15 minutes until close, with them fully staffed and no one waiting, they will buckle under the awful task of sending 4 letter sized envelopes out. And as such refuse service. And when you walk back to get the address to make sure you have it right, you'll find them literally laughing. Sorry I couldn't get here faster around my work schedule. your service sucks.
