It's been three years since Floor Depot installed floor tile in our home and renovated our bathroom. The good is that they did an excellent job installing our floor tile. The tile is beautiful and it is common for people to compliment it when they come in our house. The bathroom turned out beautiful as well. They installed tile on the floor and walls. We had purchased a vanity and toilet from another company that they installed was well. And now for the not so good. Part of our contract was to have the riser shower pipe replaced. Frank, the installer, initially refused to put the riser in, saying it was not needed. I had to call the office to assure that the pipe was put in. During the installation I requested that the tile on which the sliding doors rest be slanted into the shower, noting prior to renovation water seeped under the sliding door and ruined our wall drywall. Now every time I shower I see that the tile is sloped away from the shower and I have to squeegee it off. That issue is what prompted me to write this review 3 years after installation. In addition to that problem, within a few months following installation we found out that the toilet was leaking at the interface with the tile. I hired a plumber who said that a riser should have been placed under the toilet. I could have called Floor Depot to address under warranty but felt that they would not know how to do it properly, so instead I paid the plumber to fix it. Lastly, the caulking they installed didn't last a year.

Everything was great. There were no surprises in the quote, they started and completed on time. The workers were great and did a top job. I highly recommend this company.

We recently replaced the flooring throughout our home and everyone at Floor Depot exceeded our expectations. The installers specifically did an amazing job! The level of detail and quality of the work is impressive. I'd highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Fantastic customer service, thanks team!!

This year and three years ago we had such a very good experience with our-installation of our new floors! Very nice Mike and Tommy were on the job prom ply every morning and worked constructively all day! I would hire them again anytime! I just love my my floors so glad that I picked Floor Depot!

This is an update to a review from two years ago. I returned for the second time. Just like before I got exquisite service, quality tile, clean workmanship. Kudos to Everyone from Dave and Nick and Michael in the office… to Peter and his team who layed my tile. friendly and professional and most important they left my place clean. Just like two years ago I recommend them once again!! A++

Just had tile put down in my galley kitchen. Small job and Frank did an EXCELLENT install. The man knows his stuff. Very professional and did it in a timely manner. I would recommend this company in the future.

Update to my 6/13/2023 review.Around July of this year, **** of Floor Depot contacted me about the problem with the previous installed floor. It seems even the manufacturer was advising now to install vapor barriers under vinyl floor going over concrete.Long story short, Floor Depot finished installing a new lament floor over a barrier today. Looks and feels excellent. I only paid for the upgrade. The installation crew was very professional and left everything very clean.

Went in, got a verbal price of $300 with my measurements. Forgot to measure small narrow closet and 26x36" nook, price doubled. Had an install time of 10am, called at 10:30 was told it was 10:00 to noon. I called at 12:22 said they were on another job still, No one bothered calling to let me know they were running late. Finally arrived at 1:38. Installers were nice and looks great but they took three cigarette breaks for an hour job. Would not recommend.

These folks did a great job! We have an island glued to the old floor,and they were able to cut around it to install the new floor. We were gone on a road trip. They let themselves in, did the whole job, cleaned up and left the house spotless. The trim work is great! They came highly recommended by our friends, and they leave the same way!!

Being an owner of a home services franchise myself, I have to say how impressed I am with the entire team of Floor Depot. I know how hard it is to build a great team and Floor Depot has certainly done that! From my first visit where I met David to my measure with Greg, to my install with Peter's team (Adam, Summer and the other talented installers) everything was excellent! Floor Depot will forever have my business and positive referrals!
