First time using floor depot after flooding from Helene. Delighted with the service. Wood and carpet install coming at the end of a lengthy restoration so ready to see it finished. Dave at the shop managed the whole process excellently. Always available to talk to and making sure everything went smoothly. Installers were first class and Mike the manager dropped off the wood personally to make sure there was no delay. Highly recommend them

A friend recommended I check out Floor Depot and it was so worth it! Their estimate was so much less than the quote I had from a very reputable store I had used before! The installation team was outstanding! Jack and Edgar were so personable and they did an outstanding job in laying the carpet. The seams and transition areas were handled so well. While we cleared out as much as we could, they were great about moving the furniture we could t handle. I was expecting to have to do a lot of touch up paint but surprise! The stairs were a challenge to handle, as each step seemed to be slightly off sized from the others but Jack handled that with great skill. I would highly recommend this store for your flooring needs. They're professional, courteous and knowledgeable their stuff! Thanks guys!!!

Second time using Floor Depot. They carpeted our 2nd floor a few years ago, and we chose to go back to them to have LVT flooring installed on our main floor. David was very thorough in educating us and discussing all options for our floors. Willian and Jon installed the floors and they look perfect. They were very professional and thoroughly cleaned the area after the install. Definitely our go-to place for flooring.

We just had our white tile floors removed from our living room, dining room and kitchen, and laminate floors laid. We are very pleased with the finished floors. David was our first contact. He was professional and knowledgeable. Willian and his crew were fantastic, from removing the tile to leveling the floors to laying the new floor. We chose the pattern we wanted in the living room, and I was very surprised and pleased with a slightly different look in the kitchen and into the family room. We would highly recommend Floor Decor. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, met our needs, and exceeded our expectations.

Needed to redo my floors after some hurricane damage and Floor Depot did a phenomenal job. They allowed me to take home multiple samples and even suggested I keep them for a few days to see the samples at different times of day to make sure I picked what I liked. After I found issues with my foundation that needed to be fixed, Floor Depot was super helpful with scheduling and were able to get me on the calendar and installed quickly right after the holidays.
Within a few days of deciding on my color choice and flooring, they sent someone out to measure my floors and write up an official quote. They were very clear about the price and that any leveling needed would be $100 per bag. That was obviously going to be needed as I already knew my foundation had a crack and was uneven.
They were flexible and let me save a few bucks by doing the demo myself. When they came out to do the install I expected it to take a few days and that it might get spread out over a week or so. That was not the case, the guys came out and got most of the job done on the first day, finished most of the floor on the next day, and the third day put the finishing touches on and moved my furniture back.
Happy with my nice new floors, would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing floor work done.

I will never use this company again. They did not honor their policy of discussing the floor prep before install and just poured excessive amounts of floor leveler even though our floors did not need it (both myself and our general contractor working at our house verified the levelness of floor prior to this). They charged us thousands extra for this work. When I tried to talk with the owner about our concerns, he was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

It's been three years since Floor Depot installed floor tile in our home and renovated our bathroom. The good is that they did an excellent job installing our floor tile. The tile is beautiful and it is common for people to compliment it when they come in our house. The bathroom turned out beautiful as well. They installed tile on the floor and walls. We had purchased a vanity and toilet from another company that they installed was well. And now for the not so good. Part of our contract was to have the riser shower pipe replaced. Frank, the installer, initially refused to put the riser in, saying it was not needed. I had to call the office to assure that the pipe was put in. During the installation I requested that the tile on which the sliding doors rest be slanted into the shower, noting prior to renovation water seeped under the sliding door and ruined our wall drywall. Now every time I shower I see that the tile is sloped away from the shower and I have to squeegee it off. That issue is what prompted me to write this review 3 years after installation. In addition to that problem, within a few months following installation we found out that the toilet was leaking at the interface with the tile. I hired a plumber who said that a riser should have been placed under the toilet. I could have called Floor Depot to address under warranty but felt that they would not know how to do it properly, so instead I paid the plumber to fix it. Lastly, the caulking they installed didn't last a year.
