Before we connected with Flooring America we had a hardwood floor installed that was a squeaking mess. We had to pull the floor up and admit it was never going to work. Then we were referred to Flooring America in Dunedin. Both Dave and Will acted as a team along with their installers to give us a quality, attractive, with no squeaks hardwood floor. It is great doing business with people who know their craft.

The purchase of the tile was super smooth and Rob was extremely helpful. After giving our measurements for the area we wanted to tile, they gave us the number of boxes we would need which they over quoted by 6 boxes and now they won’t return. Very disappointing return policy. Nice people but they just wasted some of our money.

Rob from Coastal was awesome - no matter when I would call or text him, I would receive a response almost immediately - even on his day off! He was punctual, courteous, accommodating and very cooperative. All elements of the project were explained thoroughly and arranged easy payments. Would highly recommend him and his installer Richard & his son - who were also awesome. Wonderful working with you on our community project.

I highly recommend Coastal Flooring America for all your flooring needs. I have been a customer for years and I wouldn't get my flooring from anywhere else. Rob, the manager at Dunedin, has always been very helpful and Richard, one of the installers, is exceptional. He really knows what he is doing and I always ask for him to install my floors.

I would definitely recommend Flooring America for any of your flooring needs. I had LVP installed throughout my house and the experience was painless. Rob and Sue at the store were great and the Installers were awesome and very hard working.

I am a new owner of a beachfront condo. I needed new area rugs that will be sand worthy and durable for multiple tenants. Liz was incredibly helpful pulling samples and advising on the best quality brand for my needs that also had the high end feel. The rugs were delivered in no time. Delivery staff was on time and patient to help me place the rugs throughout the property. Colors and quality are beautiful. I highly recommend working with Liz and finding your new inspiration.

Excellent job. My husband and I looked for flooring for a long time. Our Salesperson, Rob, was great. He walked us through the procedure and pointed out both pro's and cons. Then he gave us the timeline which was pretty standard with the other dealers. Talk about under promising and over achieving! Richard and Richard were prompt each day, cleaned up their messes daily and worked so hard. They actually finished up one and a half days early. The team, including Sue and their foreman (Charlie?), were very professional. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My fiancé and I were very impressed with the professionalism, expertise, communication, and kindness throughout the entire process. From choosing our carpet to the installation, all staff were wonderful to work with. We are extremely happy with the result and can't recommend Flooring America of Dunedin enough!! We will definitely be a repeat customer for all future flooring needs.

Recently I had 2 bedrooms carpeted by Flooring America in Dunedin . From my first interaction with Rob Wagner to the completion of the job it was a wonderful experience. Rob was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. His expertise was very valuable in helping me make the right decision in choosing a carpet. Kevin and Steve were the installers . They were on time, very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend anyone considering carpeting their home to call Rob or Sue at Flooring America in Dunedin.

Our experience with Flooring America of Dunedin was a repeat installation which was completely positive each time. Rob Wagner was knowledgeable of the products and recommended options that met our needs and requirements. Rob also visited the site a few times, explaining how the installation was going to progress and again during the installation. The installation began as planned and the work finished as scheduled. Richard Brown and his son Richard where the installers. We had flooring and base installed throughout the condo. The material was ordered in the right amounts and the installation was professionally completed. Both installers are true craftsmen. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the experience and workmanship. If you ever need a new floor, Flooring America of Dunedin is highly recommended and our selected choice.
