John Cline, the owner/operator of Florida Gold & Loan absolutely knows his business. I recently purchased a beautiful 14K gold ring for my daughter. The price was reasonable. The care he took to ensure it was polished and in a beautiful velvet ring box confirmed how much he cares for his customers. While I was there, several people (obviously return customers) were willing to wait in line for John's expertise and experience. This place is truly a gem among Florida small businesses. I highly recommend it.

John is extremely kind, personable and honest. I went in to sell a piece of jewelry and asked for a certain dollar amount in exchange. John told me it’s worth more than three times what I was asking for. That kind of honesty is nearly unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend giving as much business as possible to Florida Gold and let your friends and neighbors know about this gem.

I have been coming here to get all my jewelry repair for the past 7 years. I live 1 hour away from this Jewelry Store, but I am willing to drive this far to get the quality of work and outstanding customer service from John ( the owner ) He always do quality work for a very fair price. These guys are absolutely wonderful! If I could describe them with only one word, it would be integrous. I brought in a diamond ring to sell and John recommended I try a different route because he felt I could get more money. He even gave me the contact information for the place he suggested.
