And today when I had a return, a pleasant woman at the register refunded the item without question and even thanked me. It's employees like those that make me want to give a company my business. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. Jeremy and all the guys, Brett, Nathaniel, and others are so knowledgeable and help me to the max to keep my pool clean and free of algae. “The prices are right, the service is excellent, and Keith and Heather are two of the best I have ever worked with, I'm a remodeling contractor and I buy from Capital Millwork. I have price checked them several times with other millwork suppliers and their prices are always lower, don't just take my word for it, call around. The best part about working with Capital Millworks is how knowledgeable Keith and Heather are. They are a real resource even for a building contractor with 29 years of experience in the building trades. Emma the receptionist is awesome too, she always has a big smile and a helpful attitude. “Read this review- This store is the best Harbor Freight anywhere and one of the most amazing employees in all of retail is Mr. Nick.... This man should write the manual on how to treat customers and the rulebook for service. Now I realize that the customer is not always right and that's not the point. The point is this man really cares about his customers and performs at a level in retail that I have never seen. Actually, this is above and beyond customer service especially in a world now where people just don't care and are phoning in their work. I went to two places yesterday and asked where a simple item was and I thought I was talking to Beavis and Butthead at both stores. Nope, just the new normal. Life is hard and everybody is on a mission or has an agenda. So when I go to a place of business. I am only hoping to get what I pay for and some sort of service. Mr. Nick is a solve problem solver! “I love going in this store, there's tons of different projects I could get lost in, all the folks I've met that work there are awesome people, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Also very polite and courteous. I could spend an absolute fortune in there on tools or exotic woods. Veneers, you name it you can find it. I am willing to bet that if you cannot find it in the store, there's going to be someone who can help you out with what you need. There have been other stores that have wood working classes on site, this store may or may not, I have not personally looked into it. Again though, I'm sure someone will absolutely be able to point you in the direction to get you what you need! Thanks guys!”

He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . “This is for Jane Dyson in the cabinetry department- you are amazing! She seriously needs a raise and an award. I walked in Lowes as a last minute hope for cabinets after I got an extreme quote from somewhere else. From the beginning she had the kindest and warmest aura. I made an appointment with her and she spent 2.5 hours with me. My first choice was out of my budget. So she worked another line to see if that would work. It was a little better. I left and she continued to work on another line that had a sale coming up. The pricing beat the other two out of the park. I went back to get and bring the sample home with me because it wasn't pure white like I hoped. Getting it home and in my lighting, it's perfect! I have been extremely stressed and she just made me feel so comfortable being able to go over all my measurements and adjust sizes around. Tomorrow I will be making my countertop and cabinet purchase.”
