“Excellent work in removing an incredible amount of weed trees and debris. Athena’s crew was amazing and put their hearts, souls, and muscle power into a beautiful transformation. Jared has given us so much advice and guidance in the process. We’re grateful to have a blank slate at ground zero to begin our beautiful native garden. We look forward to getting all our plants at Wilcox Landscape and Nursery. We couldn’t be more pleased.”
“My husband and I have been using Landmark Nursery for the past nine years and have always been extremely impressed. Not only does Landmark have an amazing inventory but they also have highly qualified and knowledgeable staff. I have had the occasion be assisted by several of the staff. They are engaging and incredibly helpful always coming up with appropriate plant choices for particular areas whether it be a sunny or shaded area. We often have purchased large items such as trees and bushes and have been completely satisfied. The landscape team are all very polite and incredibly hard workers who do a beautiful job. Sabrina is excellent with communication by phone and email. Her ability to coordinate and orchestrate the process from the begin until fruition is outstanding.”

“Once upon a time we expected good customer service as the norm. Now it is the exception and often feels like we are inconveniencing the staff when we ask questions. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. Thank you Kim for the great customer experience!!!”
“I came up woth my friend from Sarasota, and it was very worth the drive. They had the one we particularly wanted and we ended up with an additional two plants. If you're familiar with plumeria pricing this is quite reasonable!”
“Love shopping at ACE Hardware. They have the hard to find items (bolts, screws, hinges etc) that “big box” stores don’t. Not to mention the incredible customer service provided every time!”
“Superb experience at Ace Hardware in Palm Harbor, FL. Daniel was extremely helpful about getting a spare key for my Tacoma!
Joe also is wonderful! Professional and friendly staff too”
“ABC Pest Control has an absolutely amazing selection of Plumerias in every size and color you could think of. We worked directly with Violette in the Plumeria nursery, and she was incredible. She knew absolutely everything there was to know about them and gave us so much helpful advice. If you are looking for healthy, beautiful Plumerias and expert guidance, this is the place to go.”
“Terranova was an awesome partner for our small landscape design project. I showed them an AI picture of what I wanted. Laurie and her team brought that vision to life! Thank you for making our ugly garden into a thing of beauty! After and before pics.”

“I Love everything in this store!! You can find so many things to bring warmth, creativity and a little taste of West Coast of Florida to your home or personal space!”
“Very knowledgeable people with wonderful bamboo in a beautiful surrounding. We have purchased over ten plants from them over the past two years and are very satisfied.”
“Let me tell ya! If you have electrical questions, find Mrs Jerusalem. The best of the best, every time I go with electrical I look for her. Helpful, kind and a absolute elite. Thank you Jerusalem. I've been treated well in this home depot and the staff are awesome.”
“I had problems with the home depot on gulf to bay with renting a truck. I was about to give up but gave this location a call and David answered. He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . I was extremely frustrated and David made it all seem so simple which I thought it would be and it was.. the other store just could careless. Thank you so much again David for your customer service !”
“I had the smoothest and fastest return a couple days ago. I usually go to Pro Sales rather than customer service because of some past issues with that department, and Anna was the best. Very nice, fast, and such a great attitude and customer service. Absolutely loves living in America, being from Ukraine its understandable. Anna will go far, what a great experience!”
“I REALLY like this store, and every visit I have ever made is 5 stars. Tonight I stopped again and Robert in lumber was extremely kind and helpful, he went over and above in customer service! He deserved special recognition in my opinion. I have to add that all of the staff are helpful and pleasant and the store is well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this store and it is the only place I stop for supplies for my projects.”
“I was very pleased with Raoul in the paint department. He actually works for Behr paints but he is at Home Depot all the time as a Behr Representative. He saved me so much time and money with a great idea matching an aluminum enclosure. I appreciate you a lot!
Look forward to working with you in the future”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Tampa Bay Ponds and Rocks especially Melody!. My partner was out of town when I accidentally ran over the koi pond pump wire with a mower. Panicking i started calling businesses in the area and Melody my savior picked up the phone and helped with a solution. Melody was incredibly patient , kind and knowlegeable. She walked me through everything step by step and helped me get an aerator setup to keep my pond properly oxygenated . I was competely overwhelmed and she was so so helpful!
Thanks to melody the koi are alive and I am indredibly grateful.
I will be back and recommend them to anyone who needs guidance and someone patient to work with . Melody literally saved the fish!”
