I've gone here for my taxes for years, depending on who you get it's either a positive or frustrating experience. There are definitely some excellent tax professionals here. Today, I came to use a drop off service. However, they closed an hour early without notifying any customers. The sign says open, we knocked on the door and no one came to answer. After several minutes of standing there we left.

Nikki Wills is awesome. I had previously gone to Gulf Coast tax in Ozona and they charged double what H&R Block charges. The woman at the front desk of Gulf Coast was rude and unprofessional. I will forever stay with H&R Block!!! Everyone at H&R Block is so friendly and helpful!

We waited 40 minutes beyond our appointment time just to have no one see us. Guess we will use Turbo Tax like everyone else.

Lyn was fantastic!! I actually enjoyed my tax appointment because of her. She was very friendly, it was a late night appointment, and she still had a good attitude. I had many issues, and she helped me overcome one at a time. I was thrilled to learn she has 50 years experience! I cannot wait to go back to her next year and I’m even having my adult children use her to file their taxes.

Jessika Rivera works out of this office . This woman is incompetent, rude and unqualified. She did my taxes out of the Palm Harbor office and I am still cleaning up the mess. DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN DO YOUR TAXES, save yourself, go somewhere else.
