“I had to get fingerprinted for my job and this little post office is super small and you'll swear it's a convenience store because they sell T-shirts and key chains for Safety Harbor. Lol Rachel is super sweet though. Very efficient.”

“I frequent the UPS Store at 36181 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor quite often. I have always had an excellent experience and today was no different. I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. Maeva, jumped right in and helped me navigate through my Amazon return process and within no time, she had the return switched to UPS saving me time and frustration. Not only is Maeva knowledgeable, she is engaging and caring. Thank you Maeva for helping me and exceeding at your job!”

“Whenever I have to return an item from Amazon, I always go to this particular UPS store, Miss Kasey , Mr. Riley and Mr. Regis are usually the people that help me. All three are very, very friendly and they always welcome me when I walk in the door, They are always very helpful when I need to bring up something on my phone in order for them to get a ticket to send my package out. It makes me happy when I need to return something from Amazon and that is because I get to go to the UPS and see if not all three that day at least one of them that day I love this UPS because of the employees that work there!!!!”
“Cheryl was extremely nice. She was so kind, I was trying to return an MSI controller that malfunctioned and they have really strict and confusing return policies. Cheryl was so thorough and patient and kind and helped me realize the cost to ship it for repairs would be the cost for a brand new controller. Thank you Cheryl!”

“I dropped off an overnight letter here. The attendant quickly and efficiently managed the service and made sure that I got a receipt. They offer many shipping, copying, and packing services in this small space, including mail boxes with 24/7 access. Notary services available, they usually have a notary on site, but call to be sure
Note that half of the parking lot is sloped which can be challenging to manage
