I appreciated how quickly they were able to get my cat in to be seen. Everyone was very kind, and the vet seemed knowledgeable and gave us many options (and patiently answered all of our questions). Thankfully, they were able to get our cat feeling well again quickly. We'll definitely be back.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Masters and all the staff. They care so much, and are so compassionate. Dr. Masters has done an amazing job managing my dogs millions of conditions. He helps keep me calm and level headed, and is ever optimistic (but realistic) with any new treatment. He is patient with my insane number of calls every month, since a new symptom always pops up. I’m so lucky to have found this clinic, I know my old boy is in the best hands.

Chewy went to Main Street all his life. Dr. Master is great as is all the staff there. When it was time for Chewy to cross the bridge they were kind and compassionate, as they always have been. They even sent a sympathy bouquet to the family. They are excellent!

Up until recently I probably would sing the praises of the team at Main Street Animal Hospital. I've taken all 3 of my pets here, one of which was a 10 year old epileptic olde English bulldog, Jax. Jax was epileptic since he was 3 years old and although Main Street had only been his vet for only half of his life, I'm sure you could imagine how costly the vet visits & medication for all of his ailments were over the years. Sadly, 2 weeks ago today Jax had a seizure that he just would not come out of... so I brought him to Main Street animal hospital with the hopes that they could save him. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the Jax I knew and loved was gone so I had to make the decision to send him to dog heaven.Anybody that has been through this experience knows how heart wrenching it is. It took every piece of strength I had to call the vet to arrange to pick up Jax's ashes.First let say, under no circumstances did I expect this bill to bill inexpensive...however, when Jennifer told me that my bill was $1075 I almost fell off the chair!!!! Apparently the medicine the doctor gave Jax trying to save him was expensive... seriously?!? We all know the cost we pay as a client is very different than the cost of vet actually pays for a medicine...I am a client that has not only brought all three animals to Main Street animal Hospital, I've referred friends, clients, Neighbors You name it to them over the years....so during one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life, you would think the vet that I've been loyal to, would maybe give some sort of discount, especially considering the amount of money that I've spent there over the years?!? NOPE!! Needless to say, I was disgusted. Not just for me, for all of their clients like me. Like most pet owners, have paid top dollar for so many treatments, medicine, different medicine because the first option was wrong, etc. for so for your service for years. I never complained about the cost of a bill, in all that time. Why not offer some sort of compassionate discount on the hardest day of a pet owners life....maybe as a show of gratitude or kindness. Instead of doing the complete opposite!!Unfortunately, that was the last time I will ever bring a pet to Main St Animal Hospital. R.I.P. JAXSON??

I have a special needs dog and I am very experienced in animal medicine. It is hard for me to give up control. The receptionist was wonderful and nice. The technician was wonderful and nice. The doctor was wonderful and nice. The testing was fast and accurate. I was shown the x rays and we discussed a treatment plan. Thank you for helping little Lt.Dan.

The staff, Doctor Moda, and Doctor Masters are nothing short of spectacular. They take our dachshund Lexie’s health and care as if she was one of there own. At almost 14 years young she is in the best caring hands she has had to date. She is and will be a permanent client for life. Beyond grateful. Thank you again for taking care of our little girl ! ❤️

UPDATE: in response to the comment made by your practice below, I am not mistaken. You have record of our cat, Silver Ohr. You also have record of our dog Maisy Ohr. Your comment only solidifies my opinion. No matter what i said or did, no one from your office would take any responsibility. This is so wrong. I'd been happy to post Silver's records, which show the last diagnostic test, given two visits and 3 days later, was an ultrasound. Also, we were sent by your office to an overnight veterinary clinic on US 19, since silver needed to be watched over night and this was done prior to him ever getting an ultrasound.Initially, I really liked and trusted Dr. Masters and his staff. Unfortunately, over the last year, I've caught several mistakes. Had I not been persistent and questioned Dr. Masters, this last mistake would have ultimately resulted in the death of my cat. It's really scary.I want to be able to trust my vet and i honestly can't trust Dr. Masters' judgement. He said there was no way my cat had bladder stones, although that was the ultimate diagnosis. The testing and diagnostics he recommended weren't even necessary in the end and just prolonged my cat's discomfort and suffering. He also under went two surgeries instead of one and had to be kept over night. This all could have been avoided with a simple ultrasound, which should have been the first step, but Dr. Masters was hell bent it was not bladder stones.I also ended up paying financially for his negligence and poor judgment. I paid for unnecessary diagnostics, surgery and overnight care. I tried to politically bring this up to the receptionist when paying the $2500 bill. I couldn't believe how defensive and rude she immediately became. I don't like confrontation and i could tell i wasn't going to get anywhere without an argument. I decided it wasn't worth the fight.I'm just grateful my wallet is all that's left effected and ultimately my cat is okay. I will never go back. This wasn't the first mistake and i know it wouldn't have been the last.
