I needed to print flyers for my FSBO open house and decided to give the business to a local business v Staples. The price differential was shocking, with Minuteman offering a superior product at a much much more affordable price. I ordered it two days before the OH on a Thursday and he said it would be ready on Friday in time for my Saturday open house. Well, Friday came around and I was so busy getting the house prepared for the OH that I completely forgot about the flyers and missed John’s three email reminders. At 1:30am I shot up in bed when I suddenly remembered the flyers, and they were closed on the weekend. To my utter surprise and delight, his last email said “I know you wanted this for today and we are closing, so I will leave them in my mailbox for you to pick up before the OH” and I hadn’t even paid for the job yet! What a lifesaver! Eternally grateful for his kindness and consideration and trust. And the flyers were gorgeous! I’m a customer for life.
