About Sunny Side Cottages
Sunny Side Cottages is a great and perfect place for a short stay in Dunedin. The cute little cottages are well maintained, very clean, cozy, comfortable, fun, well appointed, modern, quiet, and up to date, with all the comforts of home. The location is super walkable to everything, including Main Street, restaurants, shops, microbrews, and the Pinellas Trail. The hosts are friendly, superb, cheerful, funny, and accommodating. A wonderful stay includes a great breakfast in an intimate breakfast nook. The property offers free parking. Some guests noted the pool and hot tub area could use maintenance, as they had debris, and that there is no coffee in the individual rooms, though it is available in a common area. Overall, it is the best value, a no brainer, and guests would definitely return.

Nice overall but the pool and hot tub had leaf and other debris in it over the weekend. We will come back but hope they work on pool area maintenance.

A perfect place for a short stay! Super walkable location to about everything in Dunedin. Very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here! And free parking.

Great place, very clean and nice. We will be back. Great location. We walked everywhere the entire time we were there. A lof of great microbrews. My only issue was no coffee in the room. There was a pot in the common area with filters and grounds, but we had to make it each day. Othwise a great place.
