This is the best Truist branch I’ve ever been to! I enjoy their service as it is always so knowledgeable and genuine. The branch is always clean and the staff is one of a kind! Special shout out to the branch manager, Diana, as she has helped me and my mother many times!! I will always recommend this branch to anyone wanting A1 service.

Dianna Koleczek was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us with opening a business checking account but also found other ways we could earn more interest with our savings account. She went above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

We recently visited this Truist branch to set up a small business account and were helped almost immediately. The branch manager, Diana, provided outstanding service—she was incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. We’ve dealt with many banks in the area, but her customer service was truly exceptional. We will definitely be recommending her and Truist to others!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this branch when their customer has a problem. Their "call center" that I was referred to was not willing to help either. But, the Branch manager at another Truist location helped me in ten minutes..........

The staff was great very friendy. Helped me open a checking and savings accounts. Also got my debit card and checks ordered. I never had a bank where the staff were so friendly.

I did not know. I must report myself my nationality and my heritage to the clerk . Why Suntrust care where im from ? Never again im stopping at this location and soon i will close my business with them . Worth bank ever !
