Mark, the manager is great. The company that I work for has fleet service that I would have to drive over an hour to get to a vendor. Today, I had a flat tire, I was across tha street from Tire Kingdom and drove in to ask if they could help me out.Mark, stepped up and took my spare from under the bed of my truck and installed it at no charge. I came to tire kingdom because I couldn’t get my lugnut off of my suv because it took a special lugnut key. Tire kingdom was able to remove the lugnut without breaking the stud and charged next to nothing to do it!!!! Thank you so much! Tire kingdom to the rescue!!!!

Bought 4 new tires from Tire Kingdom a few months ago and when 1 of the tires turned up flat we contacted them to see what to do. Mark arranged to fix the tire and repair the problem Tim within an hour of our call. All at no cost. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

“Free” tire rotation with oil change. They didn’t check clearance of my wheel weights so they were scraping my front brake caliper. Took it back so they could correct this. I wanted them to paint the small section of now-exposed metal on my caliper so it doesn’t rust… they don’t have any paint. Whatever.
They re-balanced (which I had to pay for, btw) then said they will have to use balance beads because the machine was calling for +14oz. I didn’t want beads, so they rotated them back to how they were originally and re-balanced again. Now my truck shakes violently at 55+mph. Seems like they’re not centering the wheel on the machine correctly or something. 14oz is an extremely high reading, and now it shakes even after their final balance in the original configuration.
Never going back here again. Waste of time and money.
