2/28/2025 - I went to Honka again yesterday for an oil change (which they REMIND me via text when it’s due!!) and a new battery! They took my car right in and took care of me - even when their lobby was FULL. My car is pretty old and I have the old fashioned crank windows, well the handle on my window crank thing had broken off and I have just been making do well when I picked my car back up yesterday I didn’t even realize it until I got home that they had fixed my window crank! I hadn’t even mentioned it to them when I was there, they just fixed it out of the kindness of their heart!!
It’s things like that that really mean ALOT to a customer! Adriana and the entire team THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT TO US, your customers ?

“Prior to cars unlimited I was going to an auto mechanic and Seminole Florida. I had no complaints or issues there but the services provided at cars unlimited superseded the other auto mechanic on steroids. One thing that stood out to me was the genuine concern and care the transparency and communication and the customer service and accommodations. For example, providing providing a loaner car of going to mechanics and times past where they worked on the car but I was left without a car and I would have to pay money out the pocket for Uber in order to get to and from or rely on friends or family for transportation to wherever I needed to go until my car was serviced. So providing a loaner car was definitely a huge accommodation that I'm truly grateful for. I appreciate the transparency with regard to every auto repair needed with accuracy giving me the option to this pick, choose and refuse whether or not I wanted to come out the pocket and pay for it. I appreciate the professionalism, the patience. I appreciate the accommodation of financially as far as providing services. In the event that you can't pay out the pocket for what needs to be paid, they provide loan options through outside third party resources. I have nothing but good things to say about cars unlimited. I will most definitely continue to be their customer.”

“I took my car into Advanced Engine & Transmission back in July because my engine was making an awful noise and with the expectation that I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new transmission or at worst buy a new car entirely. I left my car there with Myles. He’s not only a great mechanic, but also a great person. He put a stethoscope up to each one of my wheel bearings because he didn’t think that the problem was coming from the engine at all and the noise I was hearing was coming from another part of the car. Turns out he was right and I just needed a new wheel bearing. I thought it was gonna cost me thousands of dollars- ended up being less than $300. Save yourself a lot of money and trouble finding somebody that knows what they’re doing who’s patient, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Take your car in to see Myles. He’s a prince.”

“My husband stopped by Largo Auto Center a few weeks back because the a/c wasn't blowing cold air in our truck. We are so very glad we did. He told my husband he could take care of it a few days later as he had to order the parts. He quoted a price but when we had it fixed he lowered the quote because it didn't take him very long to fix it. I mean who does that lol. He could very well of stuck to the original quote and we never would have known. It is so very refreshing to find a business that stays true to their word. In our crazy mixed up world it seems at times that all we do is complain and comment on the negative. I make it a point to give good and bad. (I do however apologize for taking so long to post this review).
We know where we'll be taking our truck from now on. We would not hesitate one second to recommend Largo Auto Center. From the office to the mechanic I can see why they've been in business as long as they have. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome!!!”

“They serviced my car twice and i felt like they where fair and worked hard and even gave me options on fixes to different issues i had w my car(including contacting a part manufacturer to have a part be replaced under its warranty which i thought was super nice of them because it was just on the edge of being in warranty period and they wanted to make sure that i got that part instead of charging me for new one which really is awesome! ) so ive been happy with their work!
