A++ customer service! Staff at store #2155 are ALWAYS courteous & professional no matter how busy. I've seen this store so busy that the line went out the front door, and STILL staff remained smiling as they conducted business. Special mention for employee #232410 (Jose) just cos he my favorite. But everyone else there is awesome too. Keep hiring people like this. :)

Never going back again. Rude manager. Have been doing business there for years and happy but now I'm done. The one star is because in the past everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager of this store needs to learn to not be so callous. I went to pick up my daughter's medicine that was shipped from a specialty pharmacy and she wouldn't give it to me. In the past, it was never a problem. I would show my ID and the confirmation email from the pharmacy, sign for the package and be in my way. All of a sudden it was a problem. After a half hour of arguing and having the pharmacy speak to her, she finally let me sign for the package and take it. The problem was resolved, but it was because I insisted and had the specialty pharmacy talk with her. Horrible experience.

Dane and staff always upbeat and helpful…new owner has never acknowledged me by my name as I walk in nor her staff and I’ve been going there for years but I know her name and I’ve always said hello to her, trying to develop a relationship.Zero customer service —-you go to a UPS store because you want the customer service.I don’t think I’ve ever seen the staff smile.A couple of the employees have engaged and help me out but If you don’t get either one of them ,it’s a struggle..It’s a chore to go there. It’s time to find a different spot and it’s been years anda lot of $$$$ !

I loathe having to come here. Everytine there is some issue- I finally had some decent runs and the rude people ruined it for me. the staff has classically been irri with having to wait on customers ((not only me, but others I've heard them help). why would you print a bunch of stuff for me (labels I didn't know were required, as I thought scanning would work) THEN tell me they cost X amount. Also, sometimes inneed boxes and sometimes you don't (can't figure out rhyme or reason) but to tell me after you see my items sprawled out is poor service. USPS for the win No more UPS for us.

This is so much more than a drop off point.I have used them for years and never wrote a review, but each AND every time they have helped me navigate notaries, overnight best rates, and so many services, but today I added the recalling an Uber that I had left my phone in car. They had no responsibility to do that but Carol did that for me. I am so grateful, this is a great place to do business.

I hate coming into place !! The staff is rude and ready to say no we can't help you - and then laugh while your struggling to figure out what you need to do differently- as someone who works in customer service myself I would never treat anyone with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior - the turnover is pretty high at this location so hopefully some new staff and better training in how to treat customers will make a difference eventually-

Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend. Package never sealed watch them do the whole process I rushed out thinking the guy knew what he was doing. If you must use make sure they seal it in front of you.

Sent 2 packages over a week ago to San Francisco Ca with guaranteed delivery by June 8th. We'll that date came and went along with another week so went to the UPS store was informed the packages are sitting in a warehouse because the UPS guy was scared to deliver in that neighborhood THAT IS TOTAL BS so called the main UPS number they will call my grandson today and supposedly deliver it to him otherwise it's sent back to me and I will have to pay another $130 to re mail it. Think twice before you use UPS and ask a lot of questions if you mail with them FedEx next time
