Went to drop off two packages. Frank was the leader of this place. I asked him for a piece of tape for the side of the box (one piece) Frank said, just so you know this isn't a packing service. Won't go here again. If I do, I will avoid Frank

Moved to Dunedin in December, have had numerous packages stolen. Reported this to the post office with no resolution. Posted on the Dunedin Facebook page and received numerous responses indicating that many residents have the same problems and thefts. They obviously have a thief working there, but choose not to care or address the problem.

Just ran into this post office and had write a post! I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and had the best experience I've ever had a post office.
The entire staff was so friendly it felt like I was walking into a family owned business.
Donna (I believe was her name) was so helpful and had such an amazing personality.
I don't even live in Dunedin and I will always come to this location moving forward. Great experience! Exsecially at the end of the day.

I haven't gone back to this establishment since the employees started giving me a hard time about bringing a lot of packages because they were too lazy to scan. The manager even gave me a hard time and attitude. Even though this office is the close to my home I make it a point to go across town to the gulf to bay office for all my orders. If the employees don't want to deal with my packages I suggest leaving a bin in the hall like other USPS offices.

We were treat d so well at this USPS. We observed all three people at the counter taking exceptional care of each person. Jason helped us, and he was amazing.
