I received a vaccine at this location today and the pharmacist or nurse or tech who gave it did a really good job. Also, scheduling online was super sufficient and easy.

The people helping me here at the photo department (Lisa and Eric) have literally been the best photo people I've ever dealt with at any Walgreens. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order. I had to have something redone and they patiently helped me through it. Also...The photo quality at this Walgreens is much better than the other one in Dunedin. Just go here for your picture/poster printing, you can't go wrong!! Thanks Eric and Lisa! You guys are the best!

About pharmacy workers, I don't know if they're just tired, under paid or just don't like their jobs. In person or by phone, I always receive the worst answer, disrespectful and rude. Today after going for an esencial medicine through a lot of pharmacies that didn't have it, I arrived to this pharmacy ten minutes before closing time. The pharmacy technician gave me a look as saying "What are you doing here at this time?". She told me to hurry because it was late. She gave me the medicine, I said thank you with no answer. I understand that you're frustrated and tired on a Sunday afternoon but it can't be the reason to be rude

I bought some drinks from there, thw ones needing note are a 6pk of peach tea and a 6pck of sprite. I went and took a drink of one of the teas in the middle of the night and it tasted so bad. Turns out they were expired for over a year...sprite were also expired

Pharmacy staff has really gone down hill, although they have such a turnover rate of employees it doesn't surprise me. Customer service is non existence. They are there to get their paycheck and that is all.

The employees I've spoken to all seem like robots. I've often wondered...is this a human I'm speaking to? No friendliness or even a "thank you" at the end of conversations. They just hang up! Even the ones I've dealt with at the window (which I can never see because of a terrible glare on the window) aren't friendly. I like using an app when possible but with this one the next time available to pick up medicines are two days out so I have to call.

I stopped in my local walgreens the other day and I was unable to find the items I was looking for, a nice gentleman I think his name was Eric was able to help me find the Celsius that was not located in the drink cooler.

I do not need to be interrogated about my Adderall prescription. I just dropped it off the drive-thru today and the pharmacy tech is asked me if I got it filled anywhere else because it was 2 months since I filled it last. It was filled September 30th which is 40 days ago. Does she have the same questions about every other drug or just Adderall?
She needs to know how to read a calendar. Switching my prescriptions to CVS.

Pharmacists are horribly unprofessional. They just lie to you to get off the phone. We're talking prescriptions here. Counting pills for a living must be so tough these days that you have to be rude to everyone all day.

Sgned up COVID vaccine appointment 3 days prior and received 5 reminders about my appointment. Was on time for my appointment and was told they were out of covid vaccine. they did not even offer a suggestion to make this right. Clerk was exceptionally rude and only escalated the situation. Pharmacy mgr. said they were calling people. I showed him my recent calls with none from Walgreens. Staff is terrible at de-escalating and even worse at managing inventory of the vaccine. don't bother with an appointment as it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Just had the nicest young gentleman help me at the checkout counter. I say "young gentleman" purposely. He went out of his way to help me with their app. I knew there were coupons, but had never really learned how to pull them up. He helped me, with a great attitude, and I saved $12. He was happy and upbeat and had an infectious positive presence. Thank you Anthony - made my day!
