I was in there right before closing time because I misplaced my insulin and was worried about not having it for a day (being type 1 diabetic it can get dangerous fast without it). I had recently switched over to the Walmart brand because I no longer have insurance and the price is much better. I wasn’t sure of the exact name of the insulin because it was new to me but I had a copy that I had brought to the Walmart closer to my house prior to ensure I bought the right one. After speaking to the clerk at the desk I asked to speak to the pharmacist to make sure I purchased the correct insulin. He was absolutely no help, he printed out a data sheet and handed it to me like anyone would understand it. The clerk that was working did try to help but was confused on the printout as well. I asked about him helping me understand which one was the correct one for me but he didn’t want to help. I grabbed his card before I left and asked the clerk if it was his card before leaving because I wanted to ensure I spoke correctly on who was putting my life in danger tonight. Dr. Samuel Schenker you should be ashamed of yourself. You had a few questions to answer to help a diabetic out with meds that keep in alive. I am going to screenshot this comment and share it as much as I can because you are in fact the problem with medicine today. Thanks for nothing and hopefully I find my insulin when I get home.

So I would like to thank Dr. Dee for all her help today along with the last 2 times I needed my meds. As far as I am concerned she went above and beyond to get me my meds to me . Kudos to Dr.Dee!! TY Mark.

Excellent. Never any problems. I can't believe some of the people who gave bad reviews ---maybe that was long ago and "things" do change. Maybe some of those people should look in the mirror and see that maybe THEY are the problem.

I work at a doctors office and never in my life as working as a MA have I ever ran into such a rude group of pharmacists (sam)and techs. Multiple patients in our clinic have the hardest time getting their Rx filled at this location and when our office calls they are rude and our patients are forced to go to another location to have their medications filled. This is the only Walmart location that this problems occurs. When I called to ask for a pharmacist name they refused to give it to me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and our office will be reporting this pharmacist and location. DO yourself a favor and go to the coachman or highland locations where they actually care about the patients.

I go to this pharmacy frequently. This past year my mother suffered with cancer so I went there every week. Sam the pharmacist was so supportive. He made sure that the drugs were ready on time. If there was an expensive drug he would call me. Every time he would ask about my parents. My mother thought of Sam as part of the family. Sadly my mother passed away and Sam called with condolences. He remains a friend and now I collect scripts for my father. Hunter greets me warmly as well. I look forward to my visit there. The drive through is very efficient. It's even better now that they added a canopy. The one item that needs correction is the drive through exit. It's very difficult to see oncoming traffic and pedestrians around the side of the building. Walmart can add a convex mirror that would greatly enhance safety.

Terrible. Don’t order delivery. Their shoppers and delivery personnel steal your whole order and say it’s been delivered. No one answers the phone there. It just rings. Go to N Highland location. SO much better plus has a deli. Or better yet, skip Walmart all together and go to Publix. This store is horrible and very unprofessional.

The Walmart Pharmacy in Dunedin has dropped the ball more than once!!!!! I have constantly had to contact my doctor to have my prescription to get on Walmart. They are by far the worst pharmacy of Walmart ever. I requested my medication a week ago and it was never put in. I really needed my medication a week ago because I have a job in customer service and I need to be well mentally. I will be taking my business to CVS!!

I always have a great experience at this pharmacy. Hunter is especially polite, helpful and always goes above and beyond to help me and answer any of my questions. I always appreciate good customer service.

This location has the absolute worst Pharmacist employed! Every time I go to get my medication, he is rude, unprofessional and never lets you ask questions about the medication. Dr. Samuels I believe is the name of the pharmacist! I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I don’t have to deal with him!

Whenever I go to this pharmacy I know they will provide excellent service. They answer my questions and go out of their way to make sure that all my needs are met. (Hunter is amazing)! Hat's off to all the staff! Thank you!

I will never deal with this pharmacy again. I had a good rx card and they wanted to charge me more. I went on good rx for a coupon it was $33 I was charged $75.i called to talk to pharmacy what a joke! To explain what happened it was a person I would never deal with again. If people don't know there options how they deal with it. And why is the coupon different than the card. I won't even but food in this store again.

In the past I would drive to this location because they carried the 505 brand green chili, salsas and sauce. They are superior to anything else on the shelf. I checked today and verified the product is discontinued here. Not a big deal, i won't be going back anyway. I was glad i had picked up 2 of the last 3 on the shelf. In all my times going here this store can be difficult to navigate. Down the refrigerated aisle they have crates of watermelons etc all the way down the aisle. so if the person in front of your stops to get lunch meat etc, you get to stop also. This was at noon time they had their guy on the ridding floor washing machine. It was certainly past time to change the totally sour smelling water they were putting on the floor. Either bring the guy in before store hours, or change the water. If you expect "where shopping is a pleasure" don't try this store. I watched one of the cashiers pick his nose while i was in another line. Had he been my cashier, I would have left my cart and exited the store, well maybe not, i did have the last of the 505.
