Classes cater to all, from yin yoga and hot power to happy hips and slow deep stretch, as well as spin and row. A range of free community classes are also available, suitable for everyone. The staff is amazing and highly positive.

Just took the Saturday Power Flow class and I just have to say it was Awesome!This being my first time at this studio everyone was warm and welcoming!Such an Amazing class!I highly recommend it!
