I’ve never had more horrible customer service, the choose to make everything difficult. The several people I have tried to work with have been extremely unwilling to help and incompetent.

This team is super welcoming and helpful. I was greeted by smiles and was helped as soon as I walked in. The bankers and the tellers helped me with my issues and found me the best ways to build my credit score.

Came in because our business needed a letter "showing our account was in good standing", but with some odd formatting. Thomas S took the time to help me until everything met my requirements and was perfect. He could not have done a better job. The other staff was friendly as well.

Honestly don’t come here if you need help changing anything on your bank account. I came in at 4:00 (they close at 5) and did not want to help me at all. Then will just tell you to go home and call costumer service and dismiss you if your young. Not coming back to this branch.

The people who run this bank are rude. There were 4 tellers and they were all huddled together not helping anyone. Teller Jurkic was mean and condescending to the customer she was helping. Terrible customer service !!

Opened a new account yesterday and I don't think it could go any smoother. I met probably all of the staff at the Dunedin branch, whom were all helpful and friendly. I look forward to the banking relationship.

Rude , Rude, Rude!! Started off with a bad attitude and it got worse. Made a rude remark loud enough for everyone to hear as I was leaving. Called to complain and never heard back! Her name was Stefica . This was the same bank that scammed people. Stay away!

I went to this bank on 3/21 to make a cash deposit. I work in the service industry, so I do this a few times a week. I handed the teller my money and she put it in the cash counting machine, confirming the amount. Then another teller entered and started counting the money, while simultaneously putting it in her cash drawer. The first teller handed her the paper slip where she had written done the amount that had been confirmed in the cash counting machine. The second teller said there were 5 fewer 20's than originally counted in the machine. I was informed that I was now depositing 100 less than I had brought in to deposit. After a very condescending manager explained to me that I must have dropped some money in my way in, I was never returned the money. I asked them to hand me back my money but it was already in her drawer. Apparently, there is no audio or video recordings, nor does their counting machine keep a record of the money that has been counted! Something fishy is going on and I'm out 100 of very hard earned money.

Probably the worst run branch I visit between among several different states. The downtown branch is excellent, but on every single occasion I've attempted to use this branch I've been the first person in line and told by the manager "someone will be right with you; thanks for your patience". This last time I got the same thing as I watched 4 employees chatting near the drive thru window (no cars at window) and avoiding eye contact as I again waited for the one teller working to finish her extremely long transaction with a customer. I don't make scenes so after 5 or 6 minutes standing there I gave up and walked out. Not one person said a thing to me which is odd since employees out numbered customers 5 to 1. As I said, not the first time for that type of service here but it will be the last time I visit this branch. Probably time to look for another bank.
