I took my laptop to get repaired and was extremely satisfied with both the quality of service and good price. Patrick the owner was a pleasure to deal with, he has definitely won my future business without a doubt.
Also if your looking to purchase a laptop I would take a look here before going to a chain retailer!

Zone-Red is the best place in Tampa Bay to take your desk top computer or laptop for repairs and service. I recently had a catastrophe with my computer crashing at a critical moment while trying to compile a special journal I have created over many years for my daughter on her 18th birthday. Patrick at Zone-Red did not hesitate to help me retrieve the files necessary. He allowed me to wait after bringing in my computer, (which isn’t always the case) but he had the time and was willing to help immediately. He saved the day and improve several features on my computer as well! Very reasonable pricing and very personable. Thank you for saving my project and improving my computer experience at home Zone- Red!

6-18-24 ADDENDUM. Patrick solved two very difficult computer issues for me. One with Outlook affecting two PCs (which involved Spectrum's changes to their system), the other an MS Word issue (Bookmark tool, important to me as a writer) affecting another PC.
He DOGGEDLY researched the issues on the Web and applied it to creating effective solutions. He spent at least two-plus hours on these issues. Problems solved! I'm back in business. Hardware or software -- he is the best.
A big-box retailer was going to charge $200 ($100 for each computer). Patrick's charge was $60, more than reasonable for the time, effort, and solution. I am, once again, very happy with Patrick and Zone Red.

Pat's a fixture in the Dunedin community as a successful computer tech specialist and computer reseller. In addition, he's been a loyal supporter of veterans and their Dunedin Post 2550 on Douglas Ave. He donated two computer systems to us and has helped several vets with their computers. I have been using computers since the 1980's..Naturally I have had my share of "situations" needing repairs. Zone Red/Patrick are hands down the best of the best on every level. I just cannot say enough. A true gem. Honest/Knowledgeable times 10..customer service through the roof...and never tries to upsell etc....Answered all my incessant questions...A real pleasure..You will not go wrong with Patrick and Zone Red.
