Alec's Very Nasty guy don't know to talk to people very racial and love to talk bad about other shops, when to ask if he hiring and the way he responds as if I went to beg him, I would advise every one to avoid go to his business place to apply for a job

Bad review on this guy I ask to fix one thing and he did something to my engine now I have no car to get around. My car was fine just my radiator was leaking just needed a new replacement that’s all I didn’t tell you to work on my engine

Honorable Lifesavers! In FL and backed into a tree stump. Bent bumper wouldn't let the tailgate down and we still had a few weeks left on our trip. Alec's was the 3rd place we tried...he was leaving for the day but stayed and gave us an estimate. They fixed it 1st thing in the morning and estimate was spot on and reasonable. Plus, they're really, really nice folks. Thank you for the help and kindness!

I try to keep my business local and support family owned shops but I would not recommend coming here. I called up to get a seatbelt replaced in my truck and the owner said he could get the part in the next day and installed the day after. I brought my car to his shop the day the install was scheduled, that afternoon, after they had my truck the whole day he told me it's the wrong part. The package was correct but the part inside was not. He said that he could get another one in next week so he did not put the door to my truck back together and had the pieces sitting in his foyer. I call up next week when he told me he would have the new part, apparently the same thing happen. Package was right but the part was wrong. I then called the day after and the day after that because he said he would get back to me on an update which I never got. Finally I asked him to put my door back together because I didn't think it would ever get done. I've gone to another place to get the part installed and have found out that the bolts are missing. I may be assuming things but I don't think it's a coincidence they have been "misplaced". I called the owner to ask if they have the bolts and clip that's missing from my door for the airbag and he was not helpful and became argumentative. I'm still left with parts missing and no solution.

I took my car in to get a price on having a new door hingeinstalled, I had the hinge.They looked at it and told me to call for a price the next day, 'that was strange.When I called the next day they told me it would be 500.00- WowI looked up the labor cost on line and it was quoted at90.00 up to 150.00I went to a body shop in Crystal River and had it donefor 75.00, it took forty five minutes - Be careful with this shop.

The Owner is a great guy. Very personable. They did a detail on My Mercedes E350 and truly went ABOVE and BEYOND. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were. I paid $120 for a full detail at another establishment and they didn't do as good as Aled's. Super impressed, especially for the price. Will definitely be going back any chance I get. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.Services: Wheel washing
