The store has the best cuts of meat and poultry with custom cuts for holidays and special occasions. They have a wide variety of game meats, seafood, and great meat bones for dogs. The butcher will cut anything you need and will shrink wrap all of your purchase. People tell the chicken is the best chicken they have ever had and the steaks are absolutely fantastic, tender and tasty. The quality of products is great and the friendly people are above and beyond helpful. They are always willing to give you what you want and to help with any unique requests. The owners are outstanding and the customer care is good. The store is a fresh, very good spot for all meats, turkey for Thanksgiving, and more. Looking forward to the next visit.

I was visiting a friend in citrus springs and stumbled across this little homemade meat market. Definitely grabbed what i could. If you dont see it. Just ask! It might be hiding in the back. It was a nice and humble experience. More importantly it was fresh.
