Tim and Cory did an awesome job for us transferring our service from another carrier back to AT&T. It took nearly 5 hours of work talking back and forth between carriers to transfer our phone numbers from our current service to AT&T. It's pretty rare today to find people who do what they say and who will work on something difficult until reaching a conclusion. We will definitely use them again for any of our cell needs!

I just want to say Matthew is an absolute asset to AT&T! I was in a situation where I thought I had lost everything on my non-working phone. He took the time to explain the different phone plans in addition to recovering all of my information from my old phone. Thank you for everything Matthew, you're wonderful!!

I had a great experience at AT&T thanks to Jesus! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find customer service this good, Jesus truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!

My experience there was AWESOME!! Tim (Supervisor) greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guy. He explained everything he was doing to help me out. I asked many questions and he was able to answer them all…no hesitation. Tim had a meeting to attend so he had Stephen take over. Stephen was also very nice and was able to finish taking care of my needs. He explained my existing plan and was actually able to lower my costs by using existing promotions. I walked out with my bill being about what I had been paying but…I now have AT&T Internet Air included. I can drop my T-Mobile internet and save $50 a month by doing so. Please pass along an HUGE “attaboy” to Tim and Stephen. Those two and their outstanding customer service is another reason why I have been an AT&T wireless customer since 1996. Thanks!
