“Had a flat tire, and same day I got my car back. Balancing and rotating was 120$, and then a few days later I thought something was wrong with my tires. I showed up again no call at 8AM and they lifted my car 2 minutes later to tell me my breaks were causing the issue. Reliable and fast both times I've gone to them, they also have great customer service. Will be returning for any future issues.Services: Tires”

“In my 55 years of owning and operating vehicles I have to say the Kelly's is the most honest, competent and professional auto repair shop that I have every utilized baring none. Their inspection process and vehicle report should set the standard for all repair facilities including dealerships. The emphasis is on a true report of what is going on with the vehicle and what defects are found. Unlike many shops that this is a tool used to sell potential customers services that aren't needed or required. At Kelly's you will receive an honest assessment of what is needed to keep the vehicle reliable and the driver safe. Several times I had my vehicle inspected expecting to need repairs done and was advised that repairs weren't necessary. As a point of reference when my vehicle had 50k miles I brought it into the dealership for warranty work and was told I needed a complete brake job to the tune of $1,800. The brakes felt fine and I declined. About 20k miles later after I had severed my relationship with the dealership and started using Kelly's I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and brakes. When I came to pick up the vehicle I fully expected that the brakes needed replacement. I was told that they were completely inspected (pictures included in the inspection report) and my brakes were still fine. Today I again made an appointment for an oil change as my coupon book for free dealership oil changes had run out. Once again Kelly indicated that I still have over 30% of my pads intact and the rotors and calipers are still in great condition. It would be a waste to replace them. Not sure there is a shop anywhere that would have offered the same assessment. I will continue to use Kelly's for all my vehicle needs and continue to recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbors.Services: Tire rotations”

“I brought my new [to me] car here for a safety check and to essentially fix anything wrong with it. Those who worked on my vehicle did an incredible job. Yes, their hourly rate is expensive; however, the mechanics are not doing cheap work/labor. I believe, for the majority of their services, they are well worth it. Things such as changing differential fluids, brakes, etc. are better to do by yourself, in my opinion. Moreover, all the employees are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend this place for anything you cannot do on your own. One thing I will say—though it is truly not a big deal to me but worth mentioning—is that the mechanics have dirt on their boots which tracks into your car, and grease on the handles. Seriously not a big deal to me because it can be cleaned up super easy, but I figured I would include everything I experienced. Thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“We crossed the state line into Florida and immediately noticed the AC in my car was out, which is obviously unacceptable. We first stopped at a franchise garage and were given a ridiculous quote along with a 4 hour wait, so we decided to just ignore the problem. That delusion didn't last with two teenage boys in the backseat, so as soon as I saw Jorge's sign I turned into the parking lot. They had me fixed up and ready to go in less than an hour and less than a third of the price the franchise was going to charge me, and with much friendlier service. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.”
