“I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody at Nu Image, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I initially found him through a Facebook post, something I don’t usually trust, given how many questionable “recommendations” pop up online. But after doing a bit of research, I kept hearing the same thing from everyone in Ocala: Cody is the go-to guy, and even local dealerships refer customers to him!
When I called, he was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Something that stands out in an area where customer service can often feel lacking. He offered to meet me the same day for a quote, and I scheduled my appointment for today without hesitation.
Not only was his pricing fair, especially compared to other shops in the area but he was completely honest and transparent throughout the process. The repair he performed was something others had told me would be difficult, if not impossible, yet he nailed it flawlessly.
I sincerely hope I don’t get any more dents, but if I do, there’s no question where I’ll be going straight back to Nu Image. In fact, I’d happily drive from out of town just to have Cody work on my car again. Highly, highly recommend!

“I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help”
“This dealership was fantastic and offers the best customer service i have ever experienced from any Ford dealership. I've been to many as I worked for Ford. They fixed a recall issue with doors. Diagnosed the issue with the speed control. We ran out of time to do an oil change so they scheduled it to be done at my home. You will really appreciate the workmanship and great service advisors they have.”

I stopped in to ask if I can earn some wages due to an emergency situation with my friend's kids he didn't have anything to do to help me out in that way but the man was kind enough to speak to me address me without any judgment or anything and gave me $20 out of his pocket to help two little kids keep a hotel room for the night and lead me in the right direction to receive further assistance. “June 2026~Nancy McInerney Went to the Bank near 200, left my lights on and my battery went dead. Called Roadside Service & Towing. Kyle was busy but came within an hour. Got my car started and I followed him to Ace Auto store for a new Battery. Made me feel like family. Wonderful service. The year before my other cars battery went completely dead, as I had been away and did not use it for a while. Called Roadside and Brian came to the rescue. A new battery but my auto radio would not start without a code entry which was nowhere to be found. Brian went above and beyond calling dealers & checking online for remedies. Finally, hit the jackpot and got the magic number. What persistence to get the job solved. I now keep their number with me all the time. Maybe I should get it tattooed. They are the best.”
