A representative advised me to visit a Cricket store to obtain my transfer PIN due to my phone being out of commission. I took time out of my lunch break for this, only to be informed by an employee named Jim that it wasn’t possible. Despite having my SIM card ready for the transfer PIN, James assured me there was no solution available. After returning home and contacting customer service once more, I was told that demo phones were indeed available at the store. Ultimately, I left the store feeling very upset, as it became clear that the assistance I needed was not forthcoming, and the information provided to me was not accurate.

Thank you to Tara! She took her time with me today and explained everything in great detail. I changed my service over from another carrier & I'm so happy I finallydid. Better plan same amount of $$$ win, win!When you have an emergency you need your service to be dependable. Thanks to James also he was genuinely kind & helpful too.

And he spoke Spanish perfectly!

I am going to give someone insight if you buy a phone from Walmart, and they don't have a screen protector for the model phone you just bought. The next place to go is to go to cricket. Most likely, they have the screen protector for the phone you just bought. The employee put the screen protector on for me.
