Once again, My Auto Shop earned my business with the best-priced oil change around. They also diagnosed and quoted a reasonable price for a repair, stating they could take care of it as early as tomorrow. Now that’s just excellence in customer service to the Dunnellon community!! I brought my Toyota RAV4 to this shop to have the ABS module replaced with a refurbished part. After multiple attempts to reprogram the module it was determined to be defective. The shop has ordered another refurbished part. Hopefully it will be replaced and reprogrammed soon. I'll post more on that soon. The owner and everyone working there is very friendly and accommodating. But they need to work on how they care for the cars they service. Mine had dirt and grease smudges on the mats, the interior and the exterior.
Update on ABS repair; second refurbished ABS sent to the shop for repair was the wrong part. So a third module was ordered, delivered and repairs plus reprogramming were completed today. Thank you, My Auto Shop for all your help to make this happen. Highly recommend them, I’ll be back.
