I’ve been going to this location for years and never had an issue until this week. I arrived at 1:50pm to give a urine sample needed for my surgery coming up next week. I signed in and sat there for about 15 minutes when this older white lady came out and was so rude. She said if you have stand by we can’t see you and proceeded to shove a paper in my face. I told her I needed it for today and her words were “too bad we close at 2:30” The way she spoke was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. There is a better way to talk to people. I made an appointment for the next day and when I was called back it was by another woman. The older lady from the day before pulled her into another room when she saw me and I heard them whispering. After that I was told I couldn’t be seen because my script was on a labcorp form and they didn’t have an order for me. I had the order with me but because it wasn’t in their system they couldn’t do it. I know for a fact this isn’t true. I left and went to the Beverly Hills location. I didn’t trust that older woman to not mess with my sample. I was seen with no issues at the Beverly Hills location. She needs to be fired. You don’t treat people like that. Maybe a job where she doesn’t work with the public would be better for her.

The person I interacted with was Linette. She is very professional and does a great job at drawing blood. I highly recommend Quest in Dunnellon for all testing.

I believe the girl (Kim) who took my blood needs more training. She had a very difficult time locating my vein. She put the needle in my arm, and pulled it back and forth, repositioning it multiple times with no success. Needless to say, it was quite painful, and after leaving, my shoulder began severely hurting. I believe she may have hit a nerve in the process of searching for a vein. Then she tried my other arm, and finally was able to get some blood when she found a small vein on my bicep. I have had the same person on a prior visit, and had the same result. I've also had a different person take my blood from the same Quest location without issue. I truly believe Kim just needs to be better trained, or that maybe she may be better suited for administrative work vs drawing blood.

No wait time. I was welcomed and in the treatment room within 2 minutes of arrival. Everything went smooth. I was in and out in 11 minutes.
