Having msnbc news on the waiting room tv was torture.

I have been here many times and found staff to be cold and bitter if I walk in. So I make an appointment, no one there in front of me, and I still wait 15-20 minutes.

The online appointment system is totally non-functioning. It freezes consistently on 'reason for visiting '. I have told them at the Dunnellon location but nothing changes. Was chastised for being a walk in but no one has ever addressed and fixed their online appointment scheduling situation. So I will risk angering the staff yet again. Being in kidney failure along with other critical issues requires a good deal of testing and I cringe every time I have to go there. Why can't you fix this? Quest recently remodeled the Dunnellon location but company cannot fix their online scheduling glitches...what a pity.

I walked in the (unlocked) doors at 2:28, checked in online and took a seat. The lady came out to the waiting room and said, “We close at 2:30. Sorry.”This creates a whole negative chain of events for my doctor’s appt/medical stuff. I begged. She insisted that she’d get in trouble if she drew my labs, for “working overtime.” I’m so angry! And I fasted since 7 pm yesterday!!

My 2nd time using this business. I scheduled my appointment over the weekend for Monday morning. The Phone System was very easy to navigate and use. I arrived 10 minutes early on Monday. I love the Kiosk sign-in Station. It is very easy-to-use. Just remember to bring your Driver's License & Health Plan Card. Simply hit the start button, scan on both sides and you're done. Very convenient. I didn't even have to sit down. I was immediately called by Miss Jacqlyn. She's absolutely the best. She's very professional and courteous. Her demeanor is very caring and compassionate. She explained everything in detail before she drew my blood. I felt very comfortable and the area was very clean. Thank you Miss Jacqlyn for your excellent customer service and treating me like a human being. I appreciate you very much.

I go to dunnellon quest every time I need blood work done and I am always surprised how quick and efficient they are. I made an appt online and was taken back right on time. This is why I continue to use them.

I've had only awesome service and friendly techs. I'm a tough stick and they always listen where to draw.

Every visit is such a pleasant experience. The girls are all so professional and friendly. They are very efficient. They get you in and out. Kim, went above and beyond for me today. She was able to get my lab results faxed to the lab since they were not showing up in MY Quest app. I recommend dealing with this location. Love them!

On 3 separate occasions these are the issues I encountered with this establishment.1. Attempted a walk in appointment and was told the next appointment available was 4 hours later. They told me to get in at a certain time you have to make an on-line appointment. So, walk ins no longer exist anymore.2. Made an on-line appointment and when I got there the door was locked and they came out & told us they could not take us and to go to their Ocala branch.3. Made an on-line appointment. Got there and they told me their computer was down and to come back 4 hours later. When “paying customers” have a full-time job and various busy schedules, this makes it impossible to simply have blood drawn here. I’ll be discussing these issues with my doctor and considering another lab.

Not happy with Quest’s billing practices. I provided them with my Medicare information and they charged my credit card instead. Be careful. Now I have to take the time to straighten this mess out.

This company has their phlebotomists collect money before drawing the patient. Mine didn’t wash their hands after that. There was an error in my name which they didn’t bother to correct. Basic labs take 10 days to review which doesn’t inspire confidence. No one answers the phone at the site, just an endless maze of recordings. They have gigantic contracts with insurers which they believe makes them immune to reviews or criticisms, and it likely does. Prepare to deal with unhappy people who are open about their dissatisfaction with the job, you’ll usually hear heavy sighs and see eye rolls. Very low standards.

Last week I tried to walk-in at the Dunnellon Quest facility at 11:45 AM. The front door was locked, and upon knocking, I was told I needed an appointment. I followed the direction of the person speaking to me from behind a barely open door, went home and made an appointment.I returned a couple of days later, on my scheduled time. Perhaps due to the early appointment and fasting, I accidentally forgot my mask. When I asked the staff member if she could give me one to wear, the answer was no. She then asked me to leave and when I said that it was rude, that this is a medical facility and she should be able to provide me with a mask, she continued to yell at me to leave the facility and also told me not to return.I then drove home to find a mask, adjusted my work schedule once again and drove to the Beverly Hills facility. I walked-in for an appointment and was promptly attended. However, I witnessed the exact same situation at the Beverly Hills location with someone else. A gentleman, elderly, walked in without a mask and he appeared flustered. A staff member asked the gentleman to leave, because he did not have a mask. At that moment, I kindly interjected and asked the lady if she could provide a mask to the man, to which she also responded with a solid NO and continued to ask the man to leave the facility. I find it hard to believe, that QUEST labs do not make enough of a profit margin on their services, that they cannot afford to give a $.10 mask to those who forgot one, or are not wearing one. A lot of us have mobility problems, transportation difficulties, work scheduling conflicts, and most importantly, are there for a health screening reason. I do not claim to understand the pressures that these companies and employees have to subject themselves on a daily basis, but these types of experiences are just awful.

Location is always spotless which I appreciate. I have never had to wait long. Staff is very professional and know how to insert a needle. I would highly recommend this location.

Went here to get my blood drawn for the first time. As a person that doesn’t like needles, this location made it so painless. A young man (I don’t remember his name unfortunately) talked me through the entire process. He is WONDERFUL at his job and I appreciate him very much. I did not have an appointment but arrived early and only waited about ten minutes. Overall a great experience.
