This was our second kayak trip down Rainbow River. The staff was professional, helpful, kind and informative, just like the first time. UPDATE: Our third kayak trip on 8/27. Another good time! Terrific and informative staff at the office and driving the shuttles. Quick response to the call for pickup when we completed our trip.

Staff was great and prices are inclusive of drop off up river and pick up down river. Totally worth it.

I went yesterday. The gentleman was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was imposing. I was told I would need to be there on time and the bus would be leaving me behind. I was three minutes away. It was also repeated multiple times that we had signed up for the last slot. If you are worried about working late maybe you shouldn’t offer a 2 pm slot. Others in the van expressed the same dissatisfaction and agreed we wouldn’t be returning and would use another company next time

Daughter & I took the 2 hour ‘see thru’ kayak tour with Andres as our guide. Had a fantastic time!! Andres was wonderful with pointing out the springs & wildlife in detail!! And, paid careful attention to our fellow boaters!!
Highly recommended!! The company advert did NOT mention that there is a cooler check and that no plastic (water bottles, zip lock sandwich bags, etc.), no tobacco products, no vap devices, and no alcohol was permitted.

The take out is a bit sketch, felt like we were gator bait! Great guys, nice equipment. The Rainbow is amazing!

We had an amazing experience absolutely top-notch from start to finish! Dan, Brian, and Xavier were incredible—super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Rainbow River.
They shuttled us and our paddleboards upriver with ease and made sure we had everything we needed before we set out. They took the time to give us detailed tips on where to stop, the best springs to visit, and how to make the most of the float down. You could really tell they love what they do and care about making sure everyone has a great time.
If you're planning a paddle on the Rainbow River, this is the shuttle service to use. We'll definitely be back!

We took our 6 year old daughter and had a great time! The staff is very nice, efficient and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to experience so FL outdoor fun 😊

Such a great experience!!! Dan was fantastic!!! Such great communication, good music, awesome attitude. Everyone was super friendly and the route was beautiful. We even saw a river otter! Will definitely be going again.
