okay, so technically, i am not even a customer of this bank. i am also not from this area, but my good friends and I were on the way to rainbow springs, and this was the closest option. I unfortunately have a chronic illness, so I asked very awkwardly if I could use their restroom despite not being a customer, and the angel of a woman (I didn’t get her name, but she had cool red hair) let me without an issue; she even checked to make sure it was working after haven been broken. I literally would NOT have made it anywhere else lol. I know this is a really personal and probably gross story, but all of this to say, please do your business with this bank. They were so so so nice, and if I ever switch banks, I’d absolutely be willing to switch to Regions.

Unfortunately, the very nice people at this branch have terrible customer service. They are Little or no help with problems they should be able to resolve. I use multiple branches of Regions because of my business and travels, and this is one you do not want to use.By all means don't try to deposit a check. Monthly checks that other branches Will gladly deposit fully are put on hold on the entire amounts!!!! And for 11 days as though in today’s electronic world it takes that long for a check to clear!!! They are nice enough. They screw your finances up with a smile. My branch will fix it but that is such a waste of time. This makes me want to move the rest of my accounts to Truist.

I recently moved here into English and the closest bank is being a bank member with Regis since the middle always been treated with respect and my husband is a veteran as well he's on the account when in there on Friday January the 26th 2024 and went to the counter and they weren't even busy and the youngest girl named Cameron I was explaining I have to cash a apartment security check and she was in at a computer to help me help me with the other they were rude and stressed out and I asked them are you okay both her and the other lady I said I did nothing to upset them I was very polite use ma'am yes ma'am no ma'am thank you know my mannerism and they treated me with no respect furthermore he didn't treat my husband with respect and he's an American Marine my husband's retired marine and they just respected him as well I will not go back to this establishment I put the cross above the lentil as I left and I prayed over the establishment I definitely believe that these people are not saved and their agitated demons I will keep them in my prayers for salvation God bless you all and have a great day I will continue with Regis but I'm seriously thinking of going to Bank of America.

I went to deposit a check and cash today, no people in line so I go straight to the teller and he is rude... I don't like there people now. I like there people a year before they always smile and friendly.

My experience with this branch has already been top of the line. Today really sealed the 5 stars for me. I want to commend Mr. Charles for 1st of all his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and his understanding and remembering how for students the bank is new and kinda scary if you have never been in that type of place before much less learning how to start checking accounts and how banks work. I brought my son in today to open his 1st account. He is still underage we will be sharing the account. Mr Charles talked to him respectfully, answered any questions he had taking his time explaining how accounts work. I appreciate he spoke to my son and not thru him. So thank you.

I have had Regions bank for over 15 years. I have lots of patience and understand hard times. I worked thru the pandemic and never skipped a beat. I'm now a owner of a small business. I understand we are human and make mistakes. When it comes to our finances I don't except my entrusted bank to make such big mistakes. We have had 2 different encounters in the last 2 years. We can not afford this to happen. The mistakes were fixed yes. But they should not have happened. The location always seems to have some issue with the atm. I get nothing out of having you as a bank. I gain nothing in interest, never a line of credit, not even a denial letter. In these days I need a bank that is going to have my back not hinder my moving forward. We will be looking into another local bank.

Have been a Regions depositor/customer sine they took over the helm of the bank my money was already in. In other-words, they changed the name, many of the people who had worked there before, and the policies and practices that the previous bank used. I'm a poor man on a very limited and quite small SSA retirement benefits. Many times, they have been there to help get me out of, or through those scarry times. I wouldn't want to keep the majority of me eggs in any other basket. Thank you Regions.

I really don't understand the low ratings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I believe in patience. Obviously most don't. Melvin was fantastic. He went above and beyond. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming. The only recommendation I would make, would be the hours of operation. Being closed on Saturdays make it hard for the working folk. But that's it. I love the online banking option. All the current customers would save themselves a lot of time utilizing the online banking feature. I noticed that almost every customer stepping up to the counter were requesting statements.
