This shop is filled with great people, who really care about their customers. They take time to understand what you're looking for, what you purchase on a regular basis, and to have those items in stock. Other shops we used seemed to constantly run out of basic items, making it necessary to switch brands often. That all stopped when we found the Royalty Shop. If you're looking for shop that cares about you the customer, then give this shop a try.

Definitely has the best and largest selection of vapes from nicotine to cbd in the florence area!! The staff is extremely friendly and the best for giving inside on what to get and great deals!!

Was unable to change it. The first rate I did was wrong yesterday. Don't know why I had not been feeling well so I gave up trying to change it. Figured it out. I bought a water bong there it was on sale. Started leaking water shortly after getting it. Must have a hair line crack in it. I'm sure if I brought it back right away they would have taken care of it. The grinder worked great. Nice store helpful staff. No big deal on the bong I'll have to stop and look for a new one. I bought other stuff at the store and never had a problem. Unfortunately once in a while things happen. I would recommend the store for your needs. Well stocked nice staff.

They really need better hours of operating. They close to early. Barely have a chance to make it there. Never in life seen vape stores close so early as they do here.. they also close on sundays they should be open 7 days a week and open till later. Then on top of it there barely have the disposables vapes I’m looking for. Owner needs to work on this asap you guys are really losing a lot of money

This is the best vape shop I've ever been to. I used to stay away from shops because of crazy markups, but this place is for real about the same as you pay online, except you don't have to pay for shipping or that $7 adult signature fee. These are the most reasonable prices of any shop I've ever been in and their selection is pretty great for how small the store is.

*GREAT SELECTION AND PRICES!! Came here on VACAY!! You guys were life savers!! You thought of it all!!! Super chill laid back vibes when I walked in, and really understand their product and your needs, ultimately I made out with way more , way cheaper then back home!!!!
