Helpful staff and perfect color matched my existing paint!

Just go to ace hardware. These guys can’t match paint to save their lives. After screwing it up, they will gaslight the heck out of you and tell you it’s the same color.
I brought a 4” x 4” section of my wall in here to get matched, they got it wrong, wouldn’t refund me or fix the paint. They were extremely disrespectful for no reason.
Ace hardware fixed it for us so we can now go and paint over all of the touch-ups that are currently sticking out on our walls.

The Dunnellon store has great sales assistants who are very friendly and welcoming and are always there to answer questions. A great place to get fabulous paint.

Great customer service, the workers and manager go over and beyond .. The manager went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the colors I wanted for my home.

The Dunnellon store has the friendliest staff, which are not only knowledgeable, they gave tips on certain procedures, and helped me save money. They do not talk you into the most expensive paint, they give knowledge on what will work best for your product. They will definitely have all of my future business!

After much hesitation I have to write this review. Recently we went in and spent $425 on paint and supplies. The prices are extremely high compared to the names you would get in a big box store - but the quality is better. We chose colors from their paint swatches that they had on display. After a deal fell through with the house we were renovating , and calling customer service and being told we were able to make the return, as long as they were not” custom “ colors the very next day. We go into the store , and are told sorry we can’t do the return- your colors are custom. Well we aren’t understanding how are colors were custom when they came off of your color swatches ? Buyer beware , they consider their own colors to be custom and your product is non refundable so you are stuck eating the tab. Definitely won’t do business here in the future. Only gave three stars because the employees are nice , and the selection was vast. Other than that a horrible policy , when the paint was indeed not a “ custom “ color that we made up, it was one they sold!
