We wanted to rent a Golf cart when family came to visit. Cindy went above and beyond to help us out during the very busy week of July 4th. Customer Care was excellent! I can't wait to pick it up.

Great, no pressure, buying experience. Answered all our pre-purchase questions and offered us privacy so my wife and I could discuss everything. They had what we wanted and set a fair price. Delivery service was also exceptional - on time and verbal instructions covering the main items owners should know (along with delivering the owners manual). It's a small shop but they have a very wide selection and a good variety across the brand we were after - Club Car.

65$ for a service call. The man came out, turned on his flashlight, said everything was good. Never hooked up the batteries, never touched the cart. Then he lied and said he did. Do Not buy from them. Do not use them for anything. The are horrible.

I am happy with quick response on telephone calls and eager to help on answering questions . Coming to my house promptly for headlight adjustment under warranty. I would give their team two thumbs up.

Personally, I would choose to avoid this place. I’ve had multiple encounters with the employees and all they care about is making a sale. They don’t care about sitting and talking with you and making small chat. All they want is your money upfront. We tried explaining our situation and they still wanted to make $1000 profit and we figure it out how we could do it a lot cheaper and they were not happy with it which is understandable but just their attitude in general was not very welcoming. I have been in the store many times and today was the last time I will be in the store. Something about being in there was an inconvenience to them if we didn’t have money to buy something right then and there. When we asked what the employees name was and went to shake their hand, they said read the card that’s my name and just left with that.

I heard great things about Sunshine State. I walked in and spoke with Stacy (who was so knowledgeable) and she showed us several options. Then a beautiful candy apple red beauty called our name. Stacy explained everything, she helped fill out paperwork and within 30 plus minutes we had the most wonderful cart!! Kind staff who know their business well. We looked other places but nobody was as honest and forthright and nobody beat their prices. Thank you for making the experience stress free and painless!! You all are amazing!

I bought my Club Car here. The service is excellent and the staff is so knowledgeable. I must say that Stacy is great! She was a great help with my order. I highly recommend Sunshine State Golf Carts!!
