I went to TCC in Dunnellon to get Home Internet service. I told Katelyn specifically I wanted the lowest plan because I do not use the Internet for much. I couldn’t get access to my account online or through the app.I called tech-support with Verizon. They told me to go to the corporate store in Ocala next day. I went to the corporate store trying to reset the app and erase pin numbers, I happened to glance at the representative‘s iPad and saw that I was in the highest plan. of course they cannot do anything about it because I didn’t start the service at that location even though that was an actual Verizon store. So I talked to Verizon customer service and they told me that I would have a prorate of the current plan and full price of the next plan even though I had the Internet less than 22 hours. I told them that the Kaitlyn that sold me the device put me in the wrong plan, . Why should I have to pay for her mistake? They insisted that I would have to….so I cancelled the service. Sent their device back yesterday. I will never do business with Verizon wireless again due to the treatment of customers, especially when it wasn’t even their fault, and creating accounts having accesses and all the BS you have to go through to get it done is not worth it. They could easily simplify their system, but they make it complicated but I guess that’s a good thing because I found out I was getting screwed.

Very happy with Kate.. this was the 2nd time i was in your Dunnellon location and she was informative and pleasant to deal with.. I feel the orig person John needs to work with customers.. he was very rude and did nothing to help me..

I recently had to transfer my service from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I was expecting the process to be stressful—but thanks to John, it was completely smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, patient, and walked me through every step with ease. His customer service was top-notch and made the entire transition seamless. Truly appreciate the help, John! Google says the store is open, no one is answering the phone and we have waited over 30 minutes for the store's doors to open. This is absolutely ridiculous, if you want our money, maybe update your hours when you're actually closed so you don't lose customers.
