It’s so sad to see how far downhill all the Walgreens pharmacies have gone now (but especially THIS location) Unfortunately my insurance requires me to go here, or I never would! Waiting hours upon hours to get scripts filled after being told 45 mins, rude employees who leave calls on hold (when there’s not even anyone in the lobby OR in line!!!) THEN, even more rude when you come in person and act like they could give a shit whether they help you or not!! Pretending they can’t hear you in the drive through & expecting YOU to be able to do something about it when a vehicle behind you is running their engine?!? Saying they can’t help you, etc lol Extremely unprofessional looking & acting “pharmacy techs” Honestly, the list goes on… but I will never understand how they went this far down hill. DO BETTER!!!!!

No wonder people use Amazon and online pharmacies. I went in to get syringes which are kept in the pharmacy and the whole department was going to lunch at the same time and told me, as they were walking out of the pharmacy door, I could come back in an hour and a half. Don't waste your time on supplies get them from Amazon or a competitor

Terrible experience. I chose Walgreens because their coupon for my medication was only $13. I tried to call to see if my script was ready, but the phone was not operational. So I drove there. I was seen by Angela who rudely told me they would not honor my coupon. Took the price to $50. She could not tell me why. I told her this has been a terrible experience because of the phone not working. And then she didn’t believe me. I used my cell to call the number and put on speaker than the number isn’t working. She said “well that may not be our number” and I said “I don’t feel like you’re listening to me” and she got so irate. She pointed her finger at me and yelled “DONT YOU DARE CALL ME A LIAR. IVE HAD A VERY BAD DAY. YOU WILL NOT” and she threw her hands up and walked away.
I told the managing pharmacist about her behavior and she was scared to say anything to Angela. This must be her attitude on a constant basis.
I’d rather give my money to some place that has a respectful and courteous staff.

Drive thru it's got busy times and easy services.
People are always friendly and helpful.

Have tried to get medication for 4 days now after having it transferred from another pharmacy. First they said it was never transferred, went back to the other pharm and got proof it was. Then came back and they had to put in a transfer but never put it in like they said they would.

always at least a 20 minute wait in the drive through, and sometimes they don't even have your scripts ready....terrible!!!

Very slow, disorganized. Simplest things take forever. They don't really care about patients.
