if I could do zero stars I would... this walgreens is an embarrassment...its so bad im actually leaving walgreens as a customer after 15+ years.... there is absolutely nothing this pharmacy staff won't do to make you feel completely uncared for and unimportant. So sorry to have bothered you people during work. Never use this pharmacy if you care about your health.

Awful place I hate getting my prescription here. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS without medication. They said it would be ready today. I called earlier they said an hour. Almost 3 hours and it’s not ready! They told me they where going to lunch so I guess that’s more important then getting people there medication.

Its sad people say things like, the pharmacy is bad or poor service. The staff there goes over and beyond to help customers!!! If you ever work in a pharmacy you would understand, the stress and hard workload that goes into it! Please before you call or write a review, think about if you are working there how would you feel.

It didn't have everything that I was looking for.But had enough.Pleasant staff and helpful.They do carry local Tshirts, sweatshirts from each town.RECOMMENDEDfirst time I have been to this location. Reviews might change.

I am handicapped and sent my son to pick up mypfescriptions. When he arrived they asked him for the address they have on file for me in Virginia. I haven’t lived in Virginia for 14 years! He didn’t know which address they had. Turns out it was my sister-in-laws address. Who would have guessed! I must have filled a prescription while I was visiting her years ago! They refused to give my son my prescriptions! When he got home, I called the pharmacy. I have been getting my meds there since Winn Dixie closed months ago. Apparently they can’t figure out to look at the WinnDixie prescriptions for the current information instead picking up a 10+ year old re or of one purchase I have been getting my prescriptions there for mo the and they still can’t figure out that I live in Dunnellon! Every time i get a prescription filled the line is long and slow a sometimes they don’t even give all the prescriptions by accident. Overall the pharmacy service is terrible! Go somewhere else!

The lady named Debbie was extremely rude to my neighbor she was told standing at the window wasn’t gonna get her prescriptions faster I called corporate she needs to be fired

Valerie in the pharmacy window is the slowest woman I have ever seen. While at window she emptied four bags of medications before speaking to me. Her mike was on the entire time and the crumpling sounds from the bags were very loud and annoying. Every time she is at the window the service is extremely slow.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to the Walgreens in Dunnellon, assisting me with medication for a family member. I am truly grateful to say the lease. Special thanks to Tina & Valerie. Happy Holiday.
