It's very rare to be charged for ice but that's the policy. To be charged $.15 cents for a stray is ridiculous. The prices in this store is so high.Thankfully General Dollar and the Dollar Tree are right down the street and Race Trac too!!!

Just came from this Chevron location. There were absolutely 90% of the products without prices posted. I asked the store merchant "Sir, where are the prices? He asked for me to point out what it is that I want out of the store and I said, sir, you don't come into a store with no prices and just start making them up as you go-prices are supposed to be listed." He said, "Okay you don't like that the store has no prices. You can go somewhere else." And that's exactly what I did. He then proceeded to calling the police because I took a photo of the store address to post about this horrible experience I just had.

Don’t stop here……. Drive 1/2 mile down the road to the race track. Stopped and got gas and their restroom was “out of order”…where does the worker go to pee?????

Just thought I would stop by and grab my kids a Gatorade and possibly a snack for after school sports activities and as me and my teenage daughter approached the drinks and grabbed a Gatorade, we were told to close the cooler. I stood there puzzled for a few seconds to understand what the lady was even talking about. And she says again to close the cooler. Ain’t NO way I am going to spend a dime here. Im not sure if she thought I was a teenager also but you can’t be rude and then still expect me to be a patron of the establishment. Never again

Wish I could give zero stars because of the lack of customer service. Just stopped by to grab some Gatorades for my kids, as myself and my teenage daughter grab our Gatorade the lady comes right to us and says close the cooler. I stood there confused for a second and she repeated for us to close the cooler even though we had gatorades in our hand. I couldn’t even believe that we were literally about to purchase these drinks and she had the audacity to tell me to close the cooler. We didn’t even have it open for 2 seconds. I mean it’s 6 flavors of Gatorade. Either way, that rubbed me the wrong way and we put them back. So needless to say I will NEVER be stopping at this store even though it’s super convenient. I’ll continue to drive pass.

Very rude employees and owner. Over charging of a $.59 on top of taxes. Said it’s his fee for using his store. There this license is expired and out of date their health code hasn’t been done… These people are stilling from us Americans . Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau . Of stealing.

A good convenient location. Saves me from having to drive up to winter-haven. Prices can be a bit high but that’s expected - there’s a reason why they are called convenience stores. Friendly staff and it’s family owned business. Always aim to support local businesses rather than franchises.

They do not give refunds on items purchased that do not work!!! Even though I was told to come back when the owner came in and he could do the refund. He is down right rude and asked me to leave the store when I asked him what he would do if he bought something that didn’t work! If I could rate it at a 0 I would.
