I had to use the bathroom after a long drive and it was gross. It smelled like it was cleaned with dirty musty water. There was toilet paper strewn on the floor in the stalls & some disgusting person left a women's used pad on the floor next to the toilet rather then placing in the box on the wall for disposable items! What is wrong with these people! The people working at these gas stations do not get paid enough to clean up after your nastiness! Put yourself in their shoes!

there’s an overnight employee who had liked me but one day she just started giving me an attitude and rolling her eyes at me for no apparent reason. tonight she called the cops on me and said she will trespass me if i come again. i buy so much goods here every week and of course every week i get gas from here. i park at the farthest spot of the parking lot and the store is mainly always empty when im here. i never argue, bother, or cause any hassles. 1-2 nights a week, i will sit here from 1am-3am because i just need to get out of the house sometimes and my family judges me for never wanting to go out anywhere or hang with friends. i used to find this a place where i could just destress and now this employee has ruined that for me. i hate going to wawa because the traffic and the pumps are always busy, but i guess i have to go there from now on. customer relations is a big part of retail jobs and she ruined mine with racetrac. i will no longer be doing my business with RT.

10/10 so I locked myself out of my car & I left my phone inside. Luckily, the sweet lady offered me her phone because I couldn’t remember anybody’s phone number. Both of the ladies were so helpful & kind. Thanks to them, I was able to get someone to open my door. Shoutout to them for helping me out!

I work at night and am frequently well more often than not this store is closed in the late night early morning hours. And it's not a staffing issue the only reason they get away with closing though they are 24 hours is because no one has called their corporate offices and complained about it .as long as there is one employee in the store the doors should be open especially if they advertise that they are a 24 hours location no other business closes just because they are short staffed so that is a lie

If I could give negative stars I would. What has happened to this place over the last 2 months. To the owner go watch your cameras during the day everyone is on there phone there rude and have horrible customer service. Even the "new managers" they are soooo rude. Get the heck off the phone and ring out the customers. Why is there 5 people behind the counter a line going past the door and only one person ringing people out. They rather goof off and joke around with each other then help gwt customers in and out. Just plain horrible now .

This store overcharged me with a $30 Gift card that they said they can’t sell. I tried calling them 3 times to dispute the charge and keep on telling me to tell the manager and call me back which they never did.

There's no excuse for a bathroom to look like this at any point in time. And on top of that when I walk out of the bathroom there's several employees just standing behind the counter having a conversation somebody should have been paying attention and never let the bathroom get like that in the first place. This is not the first time I've encountered this.

Q I went to buy some things at the gas store around 10:10 and it was not open, they served me outside and above all they asked me for my card pin in front of another person, what a terrible service

I seriously doubt this location has a 4 star rating. I'm a local resident and stop here often and it seems every 3 out of 5 times a stop there's always a issue I'll explain( today is oct.21st 2023 @10:00 pm)First and most you have a employeeA heavy set woman who has the wworst attitude ever always looks mad and speaks to you with the most rudeness I have ever seen I asked for a box tfor a whole pizza and she told me there was nothing in the kitchen and it was closed responded thatThere was a whole pizza left and she fine give me a few minutes she got a box that was not folded into a box and looked at it and said here if you can figure it out then you can take it I don't have time for that and threw it on the table and walked away. This location is a 24 hour store bet she always has a reason for the store to be closedToday she closed the store at 10:00pm this location is nothing more than a 1 star and that's being generous you are now worst that 7 elevenThis place sucks!!
