Hey 19 Pharmacy is a joke! They used to be great but now it takes days- weeks to get your scripts. They don’t have the same level of customer service! It’s not clean like it used to be. Is there a new manager?

I just checked myself out at CVS and when I said I prefer not to, was told I had to the young lady at the front. She then told me "my job is to watch you"... customer service and crapy attitudes by the cashier who's job is to watch me are not good. Need to find somewhere else to shop!

This CVS Pharmacy is conveniently located in a relatively quiet part of Florida, far from the touristy area of Orlando or the hipster vibe of Miami. It is somewhat close to Jacksonville, though you woukd not know it driving through the town. This particular CVS was a pleasant enough experience. I had no issue as I roamed the aisles and got what I need. All in all, I will give it four stars overall. This CVS offers a positive shopping experience and I would definitely recommend a visit here if you find yourself in the area and are looking for a CVS.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Rude and condescending when picking up prescriptions thru drive thru. Who wants to deal with this when you’re sick? Slow as molasses. Calling insurance provider to change my pharmacy.

I can't believe that the pharmacy refuses to answer phone calls; the telephone tree is irritating enough but it only transfers you to a permanent hold. All I wanted was to know if they had a specific medication in stock and I would have transferred my prescription but they refused to answer the phone.

Employees very nice and helpful in pharmacy! They were very busy but the employees worked together as a team! Very impressed! Will definetly recommend this pharmacy.

Staff is rude. I received a text on Tuesday saying my scripts were ready for pickup. I went in on Thursday and they weren't ready. The lady behind the counter basically called me crazy even when I showed her the text. Even then she just shrugged and said well the text is wrong, I don't have them. I drove in 15 miles for attitude. Time to find a new pharmacy if this keeps up.

Lacking staff, with only a pharmacist and tech you cannot provide care. Phone calls and messages left unanswered. Med called in and an hour later it remains a voicemail as my pain fluctuates from a 6 to 8...yay. Attitude, drive and overall customer service needs improvement
