We brought our survey workboat in for 300 Hr service on our dual Mercury 115’s while doing a hydrographic survey in the area. Ames at Nautical Ventures was able to schedule us in for service that was convenient with our work schedule since we are traveling from out of town. When we had some concerns at some excess oil under the cowling they came to meet with us where we were keeping the boat at a local marina to clean things up and go over everything to make sure there were no issues. Much appreciated since we had work to get done that day! The boat ran great after service and we have since brought it back for 100 Hr service. Great company and I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Nautical Ventures in East Point. I went looking all along the Forgotten Coast from Appalachicola to Panacea for someone who could fix my 6hp outboard so I could continue on my sailing vacation with my family. No one else could help me. Despite being backed up with orders 10 days out, the team here found time to clean the carburetor on my engine and get it back to me quickly so my vacation wasn’t spoiled.

We just bought a 37 foot axopar suntop from John over at Nautical Ventures in Eastpoint! We are thrilled with our new boat! The guys over at Nautical Ventures made everything so easy and enjoyable!!!

The words, I am sorry, and I apologize, are common expressions throughout the management and service department.
Based on my overall experience, from the purchase of the boat, to service of the boat, I do not recommend doing business with Nautical Ventures.

Incredible experience! James and Spencer in service were fantastic! Went out of their way to please us as customers. They were easy to communicate with, quick getting it in the shop, and serviced. Very impressed.
I highly recommend reaching out to James and Spencer for your repair and parts needs. Elliott the manager was cool as well.

I've contacted Wefings and Marc several times about the 1999 2501 Parker currently listed with no response. After reading some of the other reviews I'm going to stay away. My wife got one response from Marc through email and seemed very happy to help. I had her asked the same questions about the fuel tank and mid sections on the yamahas like I did and silence....

Unprofessional to work with, there are plenty of other boat rentals in the area, do not risk working with with wefings for sales, repair, or rentals, they lie and don't honor what they say, please go elsewhere.

Customer service was not very good. They told my family two different things and did not honor their word. Customers are not important to them.

If your looking for a great deal, transparency, and honesty this is the best place to buy your next boat. I was in the market for 2 months and almost gave up due to no communication and trying to steal my trade. Mark O was my sales guy and he was absolutely great to do business with. From day one until the end of the sale. Even called to follow up with me. Keep in mind I drove 6 hours to do this transaction and would do it all over again in the future. Thanks for all your help!!!
