I had the pleasure of working with Absolute Aviation, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They just installed a brand new all-Garmin panel in my Mooney M20F, and the craftsmanship is flawless. From start to finish, the team was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done right.
Not only did they do a fantastic job with the panel upgrade, but their thoroughness during my annual inspection was exceptional. They uncovered issues that had been missed by other shops in the past and addressed them with precision and care. The attention to detail and customer service at Absolute Aviation is top-notch. If you’re looking for expert work, great communication, and a team that truly cares about your aircraft, I highly recommend them!

Would not recommend to use unless you like waiting around, not getting updates, and have no timelines.Contacted Absolute after getting a recommendation from a family friend who was a former employee under the previous owner Drew.Steve was quick to reply, and talk about what I wanted to have done to the airplane. He stated he would start on a quote for me, so that we could get to the next stage of scheduling, however after the second phone call, communication stopped entirely to where now (after 2 months) I have been given the run around ("let me go look at my computer" with no call back) when I have tried to call getting a simple update. Steve has great knowledge of avionics and appears to be skilled, but customer service is lacking.I understand that most avionics shops are swamped with work, but you would think that they would want to keep generating work, and not drive customers that are ready to spend 5 digit sums away while tarnishing their reputation in the community.Personally I will not be recommending them to any of my local pilot friends or contacts.
